They were:
Yasir R.A
Sumayya R.A
Ammar R.A

Sumayya R.A was the first Martyr of Islam & wife of Yasir R.A.
Yasir R.A was the 2nd Martyr of Islam.
Ammar R.A was Martyred in Battle of Siffin.
Summayya R.A was the 1st martyr of Islam.
Sayyidna Yasir R.A was the first man and overall the 2nd Martyr of Islam.
They were the parents of Ammar R.A.
The Yasir's family were the first โ€œwhole familyโ€ to accept Islam (outside the family of Prophet ๏ทบ)
Yasir; his wife,Sumayya; & their son, Ammar; all three accepted Islam as soon as they heard the Call of the Messenger of Allah ๏ทบ
Ammar & his family were tormented so consistently that Prophet ๏ทบ would urge them to be patient by reminding them that they were destined for Paradise
This family, which is known as "Family of Yasir" in Islamic history, was subjected to the biggest persecution and torture of the polytheists.
There was only one reason for these tortures: The connection of the family of Yasir with Islam.
When Ammar R.A went to Dar-ul-Arqam, He entered into the presence of the Messenger of Allah. He became a Muslim immediately. At that time, the number of Muslims on the earth was no more than the number of the fingers of a hand. It is said,Ammar was one of the first seven Muslims.
Family of Yasir R.A became the first Muslims that were subjected to tortures in the history of Islam.
The three members of the family of Yasir R.A i.e Yasir R.A,Sumayya R.A and Ammar R.A, were made lie on hot sand in the scorching heat of Makkah and were left hungry and thirsty.
One day, while the polytheists were cruelly persecuting the Yasir family, Prophet Muhammad ๏ทบ appeared. When he came across this heartbreaking situation, he advised them to be patient by saying,

โ€œBe patient, O Yasir Family!
Be patient, O Yasir Family!โ€
Yasir saw the Messenger of Allah ๏ทบ, he could not help asking in tears: โ€œO Messenger of Allah ๏ทบ! How long will this torture go on?โ€

The Messenger of Allah ๏ทบ consoled them by saying, โ€œO family of Yasir! Be patient! The reward of your patience and perseverance will be Paradise.โ€
The family of Yasir really showed the example of the highest patience in the history of Islam. They never surrendered to the will of the polytheists.
They fell in love with the light of the Quran.
Sumayya R.A, Yasirโ€™s wife, a rather old, weak, and frail woman, was handed over to Abu Jahl to be tortured.
After several failed attempts, Abu Jahal lost his temper and in a moment of frustration he took his spear and stabbed her mercilessly.
She passed away, leaving behind her sacrifice and resilience in the face of cruelty and torture as a legacy of being the first martyr in the history of Islam.
Some time after this situation, Yasir R.A gloriously surrendered his soul to His Creator under the unbearable torture that he faced. In this way, he had attained the honor of being "the first martyrโ€ among the Muslim men and overall the " 2nd Martyr of Islam".
The Prophet Muhammad ๏ทบ always remembered Sumayya R.A with respect and spoke of her in high praise. He ๏ทบ used to address Ammar bin Yasir R.A, after the death of his parents, sometimes very lovingly as "ibn Summaya", in honor and respect of his mother.
Lesson: we often compalint over silly problems, etc but imagine the patience of family of Yasir R.A, how they remained steadfast besides this torture. Parents of Ammar R.A were Martyred in front of him
One needs to learn from these examples and remain patient.

Sayyidna Ali R.A ruled for about 5 years.
Following the death of Uthman R.A, the senior companions insisted that Ali R.A to takke over as leader of the Islamic State. At the insistence of Az-Zubair & Talhah, he accepted the position as the 4th Right Guided Caliph
@Hadithoftheday Inaugural speech of Ali R.A as a caliph:

"I advise you O slaves of Allah to fear Allah, for god-fearing is the best advice Allah's slaves might give to one another. It is also the closest deed to His pleasure, and the most yielding of the best results in His sight. +
@Hadithoftheday No doubt, you are ordered to fear Allah and you have been created to be faithful.
So you should beware of Allah as the Almighty has warned you of Himself. Indeed, He has warned you of a strong violence if you do not comply to his order. Furthermore, you should fear Allah so much+

Shawwal is the name of the 10th month of the Islamic Calender
Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari relates that Allahโ€™s Messenger ๏ทบ says: Whoever fasts the month of Ramadan & then follows it with six days of fasting in the month of Shawwal,it will be as if he had fasted the year through.
@Hadithoftheday The month of Shawwal is a symbol of new life and renewal after a month of spiritual cleansing. Itโ€™s a truly transformative period for Muslims.
It is recommended for the Muslim to fast six days of Shawwaal, and in this there is great virtue and an immense reward.
