Attendance at schools will be capped at 50% from the entire enrolment at all times, done on a weekly rotation with students split into two groups, said Education Minister @RadziJidin.

MORE TO FOLLOW
There are exceptions to these rotations, including:

- PWD students
- 2nd semester, Standard 6 students
- Full boarding school students
- Students sitting for international exams
- Preschool (4-6 year-olds)
- Schools with fewer students (less than 150 students)
Phase 1:

No schools will be reopened, regardless of which schools they're in. Hence, they will continue classes online.
Phase 2:

For primary schools, only PWD students can go to school without rotation basis.

For secondary schools, Form 6, Pre-U, international exam (IGCSE, O-Levels etc.), and PWD students can go to school without rotation basis.
Phase 3:

For primary schools, special learning and integrated special learning students can go to school without rotation basis.

Pre-school and private kindergarten students can go to school without rotation basis.

Other students will continue online classes.
Phase 3:

For secondary schools, pre-university students at sports schools and public exam students at boarding schools can go to school without rotation basis.

Other students in government schools can go to school on a rotation basis.
Phase 4:

For primary schools, special learning, integrated special learning, and PWD students can go to school without rotation basis.

Standard 1, 2, and 3 students can go to school on a rotation school from Oct 17, then Standard 4, 5, and 6 students can do the same from 31 Oct
Phase 4:

For secondary schools, national exam, Form 3, and Form 4 boarding school students can go to school without rotation basis.

National exam, Form 3, and Form 4 students in government schools can go to school on a rotation basis.
Phase 4:

From Oct 31 onwards, all boarding school students can attend classes without rotation basis.

Meanwhile, other students, including private schools and international schools, can attend classes on a rotation basis.
According to @RadziJidin, the 2021 schooling session will be extended to March 2022.

"This means that all students will stay in their classes as it is today, before they move forward to the next standard/form in March 2022."
Those who will attend Standard 1 in 2022 will be postponed slightly, as they will only start classes in March 2022, said Education Minister @RadziJidin.
Whether the extension will maintain until 2023, Education Minister @RadziJidin said the ministry is still looking into the details and will inform the public once it's decided.
PJ classes can continue, and students are required to wear sporting clothes from home.

However, co-curriculum activities are forbidden.
If students are found to have Covid-19 symptoms, they are not allowed to attend classes.

Schools will prepare saliva test kits in case students present symptoms in schools.
Students are also allowed to wear appropriate clothes from home, if their school uniforms no longer fit.

"We don't want to punish them. We just want them to go back to school. It doesn't matter if your uniforms don't fit, you can wear clothes from home, as long they're proper."
If parents choose to not let their kids return to school, it will not be considered wrongful and no disciplinary action will be taken.

However, parents have to write letters to explain their absence. And this policy will maintain until the end of the year.
For vocational students in Phase 2, 3, and 4 states, it is as follow:
For teacher training institutions, students will continue online classes in Phase 1 and 2 states.

In Phase 3 and 4 states, it is as follow:
For students in matriculation colleges in Phase 1 and 2 states, they will continue online classes.

For those in Phase 3 and 4 states, it is as follow:
For private institutions registered with Education Ministery, such as tuition and training centres, they can only run online classes in Phase 1 and 2.

In Phase 3, mental development centres for kids can fully operate, while other similar centres can run at 50% capacity.
If it is announced that a state has transitioned to the next stage, the schools in that state will also switch their SOPs to the next phase with a two-week grace period.

For example, State A moves from Phase 2 to 3, then the schools can move to Phase 3 as well in two weeks.
The Education Ministry is still looking into whether the reopening of schools will be restricted to fully vaccinated students or if all students can attend classes, said Education Minister @RadziJidin.
Please forgive admin for any mistakes.

There were a lot of acronyms.
