Raising the police blockade on Parliament that took place in early August, Jelutong MP RSN Rayer kicks off the session by asking Dewan Rakyat speaker Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun who gave the instruction.

As for the police blockade, he says that was a police matter.
A maskless-home minister @dhzhamzah takes the question, saying that the police blockade took place to protect the Dewan from Covid-19.
An unidentified voice chimes in: "Menteri, mask menteri", the Larut MP then puts on his mask.
@dhzhamzah "The compounds were issued because of an illegal gathering," says the Home Minister.
A voice from the Opposition replies: "There wouldn't have been a gathering if you let us enter Parliament".
@dhzhamzah PAC chairman @wongkahwoh asks why, on the day of the blockade, he was threatened with arrest despite holding a letter from the Dewan Rakyat secretary requiring him to attend a meeting in Parliament.
@dhzhamzah@wongkahwoh@simtzetzin "Act 342 is something that is extremely crucial in protecting all citizens in Malaysia ... I did not order anyone to do anything, but if a rally is announced, the police must take the necessary action," responds home minister @dhzhamzah
He adds that the amount is insufficient now, which is why the amount was raised to RM1,000,000.
Shah Alam MP @KhalidSamad asks if criminals that can bring in RM 1 million will be "high quality".
@KhalidSamad Following a barrage of questions on the opposition's motion to remove the Dewan Rakyat speaker, Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun allows Deputy Speaker Datuk Seri Rashid Hasnon to take the floor.
The deputy speaker says he has explained his decision in letters delivered to the applicants
"Please behave yourself," Puchong MP @GobindSinghDeo tells the deputy speaker, asking him to explain his decision.
@GobindSinghDeo Deputy speaker Datuk Seri Rashid Hasnon is instructing Jelutong MP R.S.N. Rayer to retract the word "memalukan".

Deputy Dewan Rakyat speaker Datuk Seri Rashid Hasnon will allow Jelutong MP R.S.N. Rayer to re-enter the Dewan tomorrow.
Rayer was previously suspended from the Dewan for two days, but this order was amended following a request by opposition leader @anwaribrahim
