He asks the Home Minister what steps the govt will take to tackle individuals without identification cards that seeking vaccinations.
Deputy Home Minister I @IsmailSaid087 says the govt through the National Registration Department (NRD) is taking proactive steps to identify and register these people.
He adds that through Ops Patuh, the govt is also able to identify and apprehend undocumented migrant workers.
Deputy Home Minister I @IsmailSaid087 also welcomes other ministries such as @KKMPutrajaya and @officialmosti to share information on those without documentation so the Home Ministry can take action.
As @PattoKasthuri attempts to ask the Dep. Health Minister I if there will be a moratorium on legal action against attempted suicide, deputy speaker Datuk Seri Rashid Hasnon reminds her of the Dewan rule that requires MPs to obtain permission from the Speaker before speaking.

2. Kindergartens, Nurseries, Kindergartens, Day Care Centers and Mind Development Centers are ALLOWED to operate for children whose parents work. Operators and workers in these centres must have completed vaccination before being allowed to operate.
3. Permission for fishing in pond (kolam memancing) during the NRP period while complying with the requirements of complete vaccination based on the following provisions:
Phase 1: 6.00 am - 8.00 pm in the same district
Phase 2: 6.00 am - 10 pm in the same state
New relaxation for social sector in Phase 2 and 3 of NRP
4. Outdoor or indoor physical contact sports and recreational activities are ALLOWED to individuals who have completed vaccination
Raising the police blockade on Parliament that took place in early August, Jelutong MP RSN Rayer kicks off the session by asking Dewan Rakyat speaker Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun who gave the instruction.
Speaker Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun says that he had instructed the Dewan Rakyat secretary to allow all MPs to enter the Parliament grounds and even the Dewan itself.
As for the police blockade, he says that was a police matter.
Attendance at schools will be capped at 50% from the entire enrolment at all times, done on a weekly rotation with students split into two groups, said Education Minister @RadziJidin.

There are exceptions to these rotations, including:
- PWD students
- 2nd semester, Standard 6 students
- Full boarding school students
- Students sitting for international exams
- Preschool (4-6 year-olds)
- Schools with fewer students (less than 150 students)
Phase 1:
No schools will be reopened, regardless of which schools they're in. Hence, they will continue classes online.
This is in line with the health minister's aim to be more transparent in the sharing of data and to lift the veil of secrecy in statistics.
