Justice MR Shah: In the counter affidavit you have said that if a person has committed suicide after COVID then there would be no compensation, this cannot be prima facie be accepted. You have to re-consider this

Justice Shah:For full implementation of the directions by this court, the issues which needs re-consideration was discussed with Mr Mehta. compliance regarding guidelines for compensation under Section 12 of DM Act shall also be done on or before next date, to be listed on Sep 23
