The last thing I want is for people to be spinning their wheels and overthinking what they need to do to make money.

Refining your offer, marketing, and promotional tactics are great - but if they take your focus away from lever-moving tasks, you won't get anywhere.

Your marketing can be the best in the business but if it isn't in front of people's faces then it is all in vain.

- start practicing with your own account
- create onboarding + content + DM systems from the courses teachings
- use the sales course to start landing initial clients

1) Your offer sucks

Everyone gets into this whole online business thing and follows the cliche advice:

"Learn a skill, sell the skill"

Or for coaches "just start helping people and eventually charge"

This goes for digital products as well

This is ok, don't get me wrong

But you position yourself as a commodity

You limit how much you can charge

You will get the same "I need to think about it" on sales calls

You will get stuck in the DM outreach trap and waste hours of precious time

Nobody want's to be a starving artist.

I've helped dozens of creators, coaches, and freelancers hit their first 5 figure months.

Here are 5 similarities that held them back:

1) Poor Positioning

Especially in the creative / information based niches

- Graphic design
- Web design/dev
- Writing
- Mindset / "life" coaching
- Self improvement
- Even some marketers (ironic)

How do you solve poor positioning?

By going deep instead of wide.

I'm a firm believer in building a "wide" (personal) brand

But having products / services that position themselves deeply in that audience

This happens with specificity

- Market research
- Customer avatar
- Understanding deep pains
- TALKING to your target on the phone
