Looks like we have had the first attempted military coup in US history. Only question is, who was in on the sting to test the Pentagon swamp creatures & who was caught in the sting?
It doesn't look good for Gen. Millery, but is that intentional?

Hard to tell what is kabuki or kayfabe & what is real. Who were serving as bait for the coup plotters in January 2021?
Both the cabinet secretaries (25th Amdt) & the members of Congress (Impeachment) were offered a 'solution' to get rid of Trump & his Swamp draining.

The 'insurrection' on 1/6 did not help Trump & almost certainly was instigated & lead by people attempting to sabotage Trump & force Republicans to certify the electors for Biden.

The speed at which this was done makes it clear that the 25th Amendment & Impeachment efforts were pre-planned before 1/6.

This escalated into the story in today's article very quickly. If you don't understand that there is a bipartisan team draining the Swamp in Washington, then you may have difficulty understanding most of what has happened in the last 7 years.

There is clear evidence of that team

That team is testing everyone in DC to see who is with the Swamp & who is not.
Trump & Pelosi tested both VP Pence & Gen. Milley.
It looks like Pence passed & Milley did not.

Pence did not use the 25th Amendment to remover Trump.
But Milley used his power as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs' of Staff to usurp the power of the Commander in Chief.

Unless Milley was ordered by the President to test his team, he initiated an attempted military coup on 1/8/21. I am sure we will learn more as evidence is exposed in a format other than a Woodward book.

Milley's intent is very critical to figuring this out. As it could easily be an effort to make sure that none of his subordinates participated in coup activities based on false orders. That he became the fail safe, while pretending to believe the false information about Trump.

As we know, people sometimes take less than accurate notes in meetings to CYA or to have 'contemporaneous evidence' to support their version of events.
Can't wait to see them subpoenaed now that we know they exist...

While all this is going on, Gen. Milley has 2 conversations with China's top general. Was he trying to sell China a fake story that Trump was in danger to see what levers China would pull to trigger a coup against Trump?

If this conversation is accurate, it seems like Milley was acting on his own.

But Pelosi seemed to be fishing for identities of any White House or NSC staffers working against Trump? Very interesting, indeed.

Unless he was acting on the President's orders, then Gen. Milly had clearly "overstepped his authority and taken extraordinary power for himself," & was attempting to impose military authority over the Constitutional system of government & civilian control.

Gen. Milley supposedly justified his actions on the grounds that Pres. Trump ordered the US to abandon Afghanistan by 1/15/21.
An order that was likely fake anyway!

Why do I say that? Because WH staffer John McEntee delivered the handwritten not to NSC to initiate the withdraw on 1/9/20.

You will have had to follow me a long time to know why a handwritten Trump note from McEntee is so important!

Because John McEntee has the greatest "party trick" ever perfected.
He can forge handwritten notes from Trump & pass them off to other government officials as real orders from Trump!
Wouldn't want an attack off of one of those notes, now would we!

McEntee was fired from the Trump WH in March 2018 for alleged issues with gambling debts.
Hired hours later by the Trump 2020 campaign & was back in the White House at the end of 2020 passing around Trump's hand written orders to withdraw from Afghanistan.

I can't believe I missed McEntee's role in the Afghanistan withdraw order until today. But when Acting SecDef Miller asked about the order from Trump. No one at the White House knew anything about it.

So either President Trump was personally leading a "rogue" effort to withdraw from Afghanistan earlier than promised.

Or the Presidential order to the Secretary of Defense was forged by the very guy that everyone knew could forge Trump's signature onto documents!

SO Gen. Milley claiming that his actions to stop Trump from starting a war, are totally non-plausible as Trump's entire foreign policy was based upon efforts to end wars & not start any new ones.
It's almost like it was a sting on the former commanders of CENTCOM to find the $.

Leading to Gen. Milley, with or without orders, initiating an effort to control the President of the United States the Commander in Chief who provides civilian leadership over the military.

Even CIA Director Gina Haspel warned Milley about Trump's irrational behavior. The fake claim that Trump might order an attack on Iran after resisting multiple pushes for attacks & war with Iran.
Was Haspel testing Milley or using him?

Former CIA Director & then Secretary of State Pompeo also weighed in. As with Haspel we have only seen Swamp rumors of their disloyalty to the administration.

So my theory is they were both testing Milley or his targets to see how far they would go. Could also be false info...

It also looks like Pence passed the test too, refusing to abuse his office. Or was he relying upon the Congressional Parlimentarian knowing the game was being rigged?
A guest appearance by Dan Quayle? Really???

I really suspect there was an effort to get Trump to do a tweet during the Insurrection so that it could be spun as him ordering the attack. Instead he blinked & kept watching TV rather than falling for a trap to make it look like it was all his doing.
