I have listened to my colleagues in Nigeria complain about not getting a job after passing ielts and CBT. This is quite saddening I must say. However there are tips to #successful #job Application that I want to share.
1.The Organisation
To apply for a job, take your time to read about the. #NHS Trust you intend to apply for a job in, over here , they're CONCERNED about Core Trust Values, so know them and highlight how you embody them during your interview.
2. Job Description.
Before you make the decision to apply, take out time to download the job description/candidate specification. Read in between the line and ask yourself if you fit the description. Some desired skills if mentioned & you meet it,demonstrate how while applying
3. The Application Process
Research has it that "Not many successful or school admissions were completed at one go" so you need sufficient time to work on your application, proofreading and arranging your information in orderly manner. Don't be in a rush to submit.
4. Vetting Process
After your application is ready & you must have written your supporting information( this is where you have opportunity to market yourself, this tells your future employer a lot about you and how you fit into the role) get someone more experienced to review
5. Consistency
While applying to similar jobs, often we fail to tailor an application to fit a particular organisation. An old draft automatically fills out a new application if the option is selected. You owe it to yourself to change the name of Trust where applicable & modify
accordingly (it is a big blunder to leave name of another organisation in a new application)🥵🥵🥵
As my way of helping out, I can guide you through the application process & #Review your #application prior to submission.
6. No price is too much for an ambition you so much believe in, though rejections abound, just one yes will definitely ease the stress(Keep applying). See you on the other side.🤗

No response after interview.
This could also mean you are not successful, some advert will say" if you don't hear from us after (let's say 2 weeks), consider your application unsuccessful "
Don't keep waiting for the coming of Jesus, rather keep applying! Delay ain't denial 🤓
Look closely at the stats, hope you noticed that the unsuccessful was far greater but I kept pushing, just a simple yes will ease all your stress. Don't give up! Image
