I am happy that men are being BOLD to converse,
with themselves & womb-men
I encourage women to listen,
because this
will by theGRACEof God openMEN up to introspect,
seek therapy,
do inner work,
show up for themselves,
hold themselves & each other accountable.

I just want to encourage all the QUEENS that were in the space,
and those that were not,
those who will read this...
to support the KINGS
without using cancel culture
to address the consequences of a system that was designed to cripple both of us (Patriarchy).

...because it may disturb if not abort,
the conception of something that will birth the answers to many of our questions
and
even birth the answers to our prayers.

I kept hearing the word 'triggered" a lot
and that is a step in the right direction,
Motswana a re:
"Metsi a kgoberegela go itsheka",
loosely translated
I would say it means:
"There is a storm before a calm."

Triggers are a good indicators of areas that need our attention...
WHEN WE REALISE
it's time for change,
when we realise
we have got to deal,
when we realise
we can not heal, what we conceal.

These wounds needs to be revealed,
so that they can be attended to.

To theQUEENS
WE need to refrain fromSpeaking aLanguage of woundedness to these KINGS,
as much as we have unfortunately learn it,
May we not be part of a culture
that has mastered what it means to use wounds in a powerful way NOT TO HEAL,
& NOT HELP OTHERS HEAL. #forgottenmen

PATRIARCHY is the seed that was planted, it needs to be addressed I AGREE.

We need to unpack it's benefits to men&women, 
where it victimizes men&women
&the damages it has caused both of us

if we want to find ways to uproot this giant tree (mental conditioning)

The wonderful thing is that women have started doing the healing work,
however we may not advance in our healing
if we turn around
and use this to ridicule men,
when they try to reach out.

I must acknowledge there's a role that we play that discourages, hurts, bruises & silences men,
sadly it's rooted in Patriarchy too.
So we also have self work to do still.
Let us introspect,
establish better ways of approach,
heal so we become better supporters.

We have fathers,uncles,brothers, friends,husbands &sons who are really going through the most,
because of this very system that was designed to cripple us both,
some have even taken their lives,
because they did not know how to articulate to us that they need us. #forgottenmen

To all the Kings that were in the space,
those who were not and are yet to read this,
I AM PROUD OF YOU ALL
YOUR VOICE IS BEING HEARD
YOU ARE LOVED
YOU HAVE MY SUPPORT

I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW,
The healing process is painful,
BUT IT IS WORTH IT...!
Just like the waves,
some days the sea is calm,
other days it's raging
However you have to feel it,
to heal it
DO NOT CONCEAL IT.

that God Grants us an overflow of abundant love, courage,

patience,
healing,
support and wisdom towards you
so that we
to start and continue to elevate you every step of this journey.

be honest with yourselves, introspect,

An avalanche of abundance&hope moves towards me

and it is my hope that in us doing it,

Our Brothers Will BE CONSCIOUS To Protect us,

We have to go backwards, identify, understand roots, why it necessary to unpack&let go of all the crutches(alcohol,gambling,drugs, silence...)whatever defence/coping mechanisms people use to "function" within the "norm" of systematic conditionings that hurt us both. #forgottenmen

I encourage everyone who was in the space, anyone that is interested for that matter to read
"Countering Conspiracy to Destroy Black Boys" by Jawanza Kunjufu &
"The Black Man's Guide to Understanding the Black Woman" by Shahrazad Ali,
for some insights/AWARENESS.

The books have for me given insight on root causes of where we find ourselves,
the mental traumas that we are suffering today.
