What matters, ultimately, is whether you have 50 votes to agree to vote for the bill after a Kamala Harris ruling.

Just when I'm getting excited and thinking I should up and buy it, I see the catch.

The description says that includes utilities and taxes, but c'mon people. A condo fee should not be 5X the mortgage.

🔥New York City is no longer in the *Top 100* in COVID deaths per capita despite a catastrophic death rate of 1 in ~245 residents, per NYT's county/city tracker.

🤯Of the Top 100 counties in deaths per capita in the NYT tracker, *95* of them now are from states that voted for Trump in 2016.

Many of them slammed with a Delta wave of death correlating w/very low vaccination rates.
The deadliest county in America in total COVID deaths per capita is East Feliciana Parish, La., per NYT.

1 out of ~139 residents dead!

Would be >2M dead if USA had that level of death.

What Trump said his advisers told him could happen if government did nothing.
