An acne ridden face does more than make you feel ugly

99% of Acne Creams DON’T WORK

A natural remedy DOES

I struggled with acne problems for years until I figured it out...

//Thread//
My Struggle:

Since I was 9, I've had acne

I was never a 'cool' kid, and acne made me feel very self conscious

People staring at them while talking to you. 'Cool' kids pointing them out. Whispers while you walk passed.

Every time in the mirror, noticing another red one...
This got worse as I got into my teens...

I tried OTC acne creams and had the same problem no matter which one I used:

1st - my face dried up, less inflammation
2nd - my face got more oily
3rd - more inflammation
4th - more anxiety

And try again
At 16 I started using pills from an 'acne specialist'

The claim was 6 months I should be acne free

Those 6 months I had a lot of nose bleeds. The pills thinned out the blood

My acne reduced a lot. I stopped taking them.

1 month later, the acne came back with a vengeance
I began to accept this would be a problem forever

I had a lot of scarring. And hated having my photo taken

My jaw area was a sea of red bumps. Terrible for shaving

I tried to ignore the stares, but it's hard when you are trying to look someone in the eye and they aren't
After University I moved to China

As a foreign face in China, everyone stares at you

More stares, more self conscious about my acne...
One day online I came across a natural face scrub

It took me 6 months to build up the courage to try it

This was the start of something I never expected...
I followed the rules:
-no picking
-no other face creams
-use day and night
-eat healthy
-do exercise

The 1st month, my acne looked worse. This was good. All the crap was coming out.

The 2nd month, the inflammation went down...
By 6 months in:
-90% of acne was gone
-90% of scarring was gone
-My face was no longer too dry and too oily
-I built self-confidence
-People were complimenting my skin?!?!?!

Seriously, people were complimenting MY skin?!?!

This NEVER happened before...
I wish I took a before and after picture

But at the beginning I didn't believe there would be much of a change

I’m so glad I tried it even with doubt...
I started sharing the remedy to other people suffering

They had similar experiences (if they endured the 1st part where it gets worse)

So, what's going on here? Why is a natural home remedy working better than OTC products?
99% of OTC acne products (and doctor prescribed products) deal with the symptom of acne with chemicals

too oily? dry it out
too dry? increase moisture
too much bacteria? kill it off

these chemicals tend to create an unbalance and your body reacts too much, doing the opposite
Go natural:

Mother Earth blesses us with natural medicine

The modern medical system likes man-made medicine because they can patent it and sell it at a profit

They can't patent nature, unless it's a GMO and Monsanto is involved
Disclaimer:

*I’m no doctor or specialist, but from personal experience with myself and others around me, I’m confident this will work for you*👇
Remedy Recipe:

2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Teaspoons Sugar

Mix together, store in fridge before and after use
Use hot water, scrub for a few minutes, use cold water

So, why does this work?

Each ingredients serves a purpose Image
Honey repairs (runny honey is usually too processed, use honey you need to spoon)

Lemon Juice exfoliates and reduces toxins

Olive Oil moisturises

Sugar breaks away dead skin (white > brown)

All together they deal with the symptoms in a balanced way Image
Important Notes:

Lemon Juice may be too sensitive for some. Either start off with a smaller amount or use a less acidic alternative like Orange Juice

All Juice is freshly squeezed from the fruit. Don't use the drink

Lemon can also make your skin more sensitive to sunlight
White Sugar tends to be coarser than brown sugar

Keeping it in the fridge stops the sugar dissolving. Every time you use a bit of the scrub, make sure there is sugar in the mix

When rubbing, rub lightly
Start using:

Stop wasting time with OTC creams that don't work

Get rid of your acne
Get rid of your scars
Solve your oily skin
Gain confidence

Take a before and after pic and share with others Image

My Nan was my life idol

So full of life until the very end

She taught me how to live life to the full

Here are some sayings she would always say, the stories that are connected to them and what she meant by them

This one was hard to write

//Thread//
1. "People are people"

Story: During WW2, my nan was sent to the countryside. A German prisoner killed a snake and said "I save you"

He was meant to be the enemy, but showed kindness

Lesson: No matter a person's background, how they treat and act is what matters
2. "It's not what you know, it's who you know"

Story: Wherever Nan frequently shopped from, she would always get to know the manager or boss

She bypassed a lot of problems and got great deals

Lesson: Knowing the right person will give you better options and access
