21 Days Habit Theory through Astrological Lense -

In Astrology, Mercury is relate to habits specifically 3rd & 6th Houses.

6th house is ruled by Virgo sign. Virgo represent our daily routine, health & wellbeing.

Taurus also shows our food habits, how we manage our money & possessions.

3rd house / Gemini in Vedic astrology relates to mental intelligence, interests, habits & inclinations.

In numerology 2 +1 = 3 , Number 3 is ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter Symbolizes growth and abundance. He brings optimism, longevity, self belief and strength in us.
And in astrology third house is also related to strength, courage and habits.

For achieving our target goals we need Jupiter's optimism, self belief and mercury's courage and strength to set habits for 21 days.

Although there are various view point on habit theory if its myth or proof but for astrological view point it definitely works.

Interestingly Maxwell Maltz who first introduced this 21 Habit Theory had Mercury in Pisces in Uttarabhadrapada Nakshatra. Mercury gets debilitated in Pisces. Although the native with this placement are highly imaginative and intuitive but they experience laziness and lack sense-
