I’ll be brief in today’s #BoebertReportCard.

Lauren had a busy tweeting weekend! 33 tweets. Few were memorable. Mostly empty platitudes and anger about Joe Biden. Seems she’s all done with Afghanistan and is back to immigration as her go to topic.
She got back from Texas; oh how she loves it there. I did a long thread on her new Texas bestie from the January 6 attack on the Capitol. Jenny Cudd. I think they’d make good cellmates. If you missed it, you can find that here:
She spoke in Texas at something called the Patriot Academy, founded by Rick Green. Located in Dripping Springs (that’s not satire) It promises to indoctrinate,
errr, educate young folk (16-25) in ways to defend the church against politicians and bureaucrats, and to return America to its constitutional foundation. I bet that was really something.

Politifact shows Mr. Green has a problem telling the truth. politifact.com/personalities/…
Lauren made it back to Colorado in time to “speak” at the Delta County GOP Lincoln Dinner. The crowd looked positively mesmerized by her speech. $150 a plate for the VIP treatment.
I did a really long summary of her letters since she took office, because other than authoring bills that go nowhere, one of her favorite pastimes is writing letters that do nothing. If you missed it, here it is.
And that’s it for today. 470 more days of #Boebertian bombast.

414 days till Election 2020.

And #SilverCliff still doesn’t have its zip code.

Rep @LaurenBoebert’s entire term could have been an email. A poorly worded, with lots of typos and emojis, misspelled email.

I have previously mocked @RepBoebert’s legislative prowess, so I thought we’d take a look at some of her other bold (a ridiculously long thread)
actions as documented in her press releases.

We begin our journey on Jan 4, the day after she was sworn in. A number of Democrats sought to restrict guns on the entire Capitol campus in the Rules package. What did Lauren do? “Lauren Boebert wrote and led a letter…”
Jan 14, a fellow legislator said he’d seen “someone” leading tours in the US Capitol. Boebert assumed he meant her, and “…U.S. Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (CO-03) sent a letter to U.S. Representative Sean Patrick (NY-18) Maloney.”

So, about @RepBoebert’s newest fan in the pictures from her trip to Midland, TX, with @AugustPfluger. The one in the Trump/DeSantis 2024 shirt. When Rep Pfluger posted a link to an article covering it, of course I had to read it. (long thread)

And this picture was featured: Image

And that made me remember how the same woman listened with rapt attention to Boebert in another photo from the event, this one from the Odessa American.

Dear Democratic Senators and Representatives,
I say this with love in my heart, but y’all need to get moving. The electorate has moved heaven and earth (and Georgia) to bring you to power. We did that because we believed you will lead, restore justice, and return sanity to the
political landscape.

You’ve done some of that. Thank you. You need to do more. It is not enough to announce investigations; you must investigate and publicly announce the results of those investigations.

We need you to worry less about “messaging.” We’ve heard all the talk we
need to hear. Now we need action.

We need you to spend less time reacting to whatever the GQP tries to frame as a crisis and more time acting.

You need to act on women’s healthcare choices. You need to restore voting rights. You need to get moving on the January

A special edition of the #BoebertReportCard! Time to take a look at @RepBoebert’s legislative effectiveness. These are the bills she’s introduced since taking office in January. Now in fairness, the House of Representatives currently has a Democratic majority, so [thread]
she’d have to do something like reach across the aisle to get anything passed, and we all know she’d rather shout across the aisle, but even more telling is how few of her fellow Republicans she can round up as cosponsors. [Narrator’s voice: not many].
To put this into perspective, the House currently has 432 members with 3 vacancies; 220 Democrats and 212 Republicans. In order to get a simple majority, a bill or resolution needs 217 votes (until at least two of the vacancies are filled, then it moves up to 218).

It seems like it was only yesterday (Narrator's voice, it was yesterday) that @RepBoebert tweeted "You can’t rewrite history by simply lying!" Now Lauren's trying to delete all evidence of her stupid tweet this morning. But we won't let her forget, will we? Samuel Adams, not John Image
Also, some fine work was done with this meme... we must not lose it

Welcome to the first part of the #LaurenBoebertLies summary.

Lauren’s favorite video of herself is with a life-size cardboard cutout of Kamala Harris. It must be, because she’s had it pinned on her @RepBoebert page since June 8. The joke is, much of her own life is a
cardboard invention.

She lies about her parentage. She said her mom was “divorced” while they were in Florida, but there’s no record of her mom being married or divorced in Florida.

But her lineage IS kinda interesting. Her mother tried suing Stan Lee the wrestler for child
support. The story gets weirder when the paternity tests came back negative, and weirder still when it turns out the woman who did the paternity test had a history of faking them. And there are court records in this reporting that include her birth certificate, which leads
