9 Things You Should Give Up To Get Your Life Back On Track.

- Thread -
1. Give Up Sticking To The Person You Used To Be.

- Step outside of the person you have been.

- Remember who you want to be and what you are capable of.

- If you have to come out of your comfort zone, happily do so for the person you want to be.
2. Give Up Criticizing Yourself For Everything You Aren't.

- Love yourself in thoughts, words and actions. Be kind to yourself.

- It is more important than being kind to others.

- Work through your fears, insecurities and anger.

- Help yourself to grow beyond them.
3. Give Up Regretting And Holding On To Your Past.

- When you hold on to your past, you miss the beauty of present and what you have today.

- Thank the things that didn't workout, because they just made room for the things that will.
4. Give Up Getting Caught Up In The Negativity Surrounding You.

- It is very important to be positive even in the negative times.

- Looking for the worst destroys our capacity to do our best.

- Act, even in some small way, don't sit and wait for perfect future.
5. Give Up Thinking That Other's Life Is Much Easier.

- Nothing that's worthwhile is ever easy.

- Everyone around you is facing their own struggles and it is as hard as it is for you.

- Always you have to think "Grass looks greener on the other side".
6. Give Up Wanting To Be Where Other's Are In Life.

- Stop comparing where you are at with where everybody else is.

- It doesn't take you forward. It pulls you down.

- You are unique, so are your goals, dreams and journey

- Trust that you are in the right place at right time.
7. Give Up Letting The Judgement Of Other's Control You.

- Other's don't know your story, what you have been through.

- What you think about yourself matters.

- Think about yourself. Do what is right for you. Not what other's think you should be doing.
8. Give Up Overthinking And Worrying.

- Over-thinking creates problems that are not present in the first place.

- Worrying takes away today's peace and potential - but not tomorrow's troubles.
9. Give Up Believing You Aren't Strong Enough To Move Forward.

- It's always possible to go on, no matter how impossible it seems.

- Remember, everything is going to be ok.

- Have courage to take one more step. You would be glad you did it.

- Never underestimate yourself.
How about you stop dwelling on past and regretting your failures?

How about you take full control over your emotions, thoughts and actions?

What if you could design your ideal future yourself?
