I remember when I first started working at C&P Telephone Company, many of the old timers told me "it's all a dead end. There is no opportunity..." they were wrong, but they were right to doubt that management had their best interests.

Management was paid to do a job as well. Management was "at will" & had to dance as well. This is a story of infighting in the 99%. Management is labor too. They come in, wage slave, insecurity, the whole enchilada. We have been conditioned to fight each other. Crabs in a barrel.

Rather than allow folks to succeed we attempt to tear people down and it keeps us all stuck because even the best ideas cannot save us if we live as crabs in a barrel.

For us to move forward... we have to unite IN TRUTH and never allow those who would tear down the warriors and builders to have a chance to destroy even more.

Movements stall out and die because of the selfishness of the people within it as much as any conspiracy or act from the establishment could ever do. The movement of joiners and the herd behaviors are as lethal to progress as any David Brock attack could ever be.

From gossip to clap traps. We get distracted from the REAL battle which is for a Green New Deal and a just society. To shape our Democracy by... we the people.

I won't lie... I do not hold out much hope because of the epidemic of small mindedness in our midst. Social media could be a tool for us to organize and educate... instead it is often abused by malcontents seeking to pull crabs back into the barrel.

The 99% united in fake news is just as lethal as lacking unity.

Our power comes in expressing and uniting in Truth.

That means beating bad candidates based in truth.

That means not allowing a smear to go unchecked.

That means to ensure that truth is held in supreme regard and self seeking is eliminated.

We must stay focused on the prize.

We must be True North
