2/I believe mine is the best and gives you the ability to scale fast and bringing in instant cash flow.
I use all contractors- Individuals, as well as companies.
I try to cut down as many expenses as I can within my business and create as much profit and cash flow as possible.
3/ I have zero assets or equipment under my business and all I care about is CASHFLOW. I am in this industry to make money and use that cash flow as leverage to start other businesses ventures.
My only expenses: Marketing, Hiring/Recruiting, and Operations

4/ IMO that is much better than some heavy asset business with trucks breaking down every day and trying to manage cash flow because you are constantly replacing equipment.

5/ I have cut my marketing budget to $140/month and use simple google ad campaigns to get daily leads.
In addition, I am no SEO or marketing wiz... I follow Google Ad campaign instructions and post them. It works, trust the algorithm.
People do not care about...
6/ who you are or what your branding looks like, they just want their pain relieved and that is a dirty home they want to be cleaned.
