“Yung mga nakalagay dun sa certificate nya, is production date po nya, is year 2020 pa.
What is clearer to me and what should be clear to all is the point made by the witness na yupi yupi, madumi, naninilaw dahil natutuluan ng tubig ang mga face shield, pero hindi pa din sinasama sa reject.

Today, mga mahal,I’d like to ask you to check in on your mental health. But today, here are some tips I’d like to share w/ you.
1. DO A SCREEN LOCKDOWN. 1 or 2 oras man kada araw, ilayo ang sarili mula sa anumang screen,...
...electronic device at social media. This is to lessen your anxiety & to process news & the overload of information we receive every hour. While you’re at it,kumustahin mo na rin ang sarili mo.

...
2. RE-CONNECT W/ A FRIEND OR LOVED ONE. Someone whom you haven’t talked to in a while. Pwedeng mag-Skype, Messenger o kahit through text. Kumustahin sila. You’ll feel better knowing you’re not alone, I promise.
After the killing of thousands, the systematic attacks against democratic institutions, the relentless sexism, the surrender of our sovereignty to China and the worsening economic slump, I expect nothing true and good from Pres Duterte's SONA.
If there is anything good at all that will be said, I fear that this will only be used to deodorize the stench of death, corruption & incompentence under the Duterte administration. Under Duterte's rule, the bad outweighs the good.
The Pres is anything but a loving father of the country. On the contrary, Pres Duterte is an abusive father. & like any abusive father, the Pres will subject us to his irrational, verbally abusive stream-of-consciousness rants and rambling.
NO DRESS CODE FOR RAPE: I am extremely disappointed w/ the Angono police's anti-rape info flyer. While the intention of the material may be good, it promotes victim-blaming by asking women to conform to a particular way of dressing in order to be respected and avoid being raped.
The Angono police's anti-rape flyer lays unwarranted blame on rape victims. The material that they issued is not only an insult to many victims of rape and other forms of sexual violence, but also sends a wrong signal that women are raped because of our actions or preferences.
May I remind our police force: Clothes don't cause rape, rapists do. Instead of "teaching" women how to dress "appropriately,” our police force should help in educating the public, especially men, that forcing themselves upon women is unacceptable and constitutes rape.
It is a complete foreign policy disaster. It has squandered our historic victory at the United Nations (UN) Arbitral Tribunal. It betrays our heroes' struggle for independence against foreign colonizers. It is a policy of annexation to a foreign power.
I am calling for an audit of the Duterte administration's foreign policy that could scrutinize what kind of diplomatic actions were undertaken by our foreign affairs officials vis a vis China, and what diplomatic platforms and channels were used.
This is an important victory in our fight to reverse the tide of the HIV-AIDS epidemic in the country. We now have a stronger and modern policy tool to appropriately respond to this problem.
It's a product of both love & expertise. Bill incorporated concerted response that makes use of most recent developments in prevention & treatment in medical & health science. It also gathered all stakeholders’ input, especially communities that are at forefront.
The youth will benefit greatly from the bill’s passage into law. HIV education in academic institutions & workplaces will be implemented as part of the law. Voluntary HIV testing & the delivery of non-discriminatory HIV-AIDS medical services shall be the policy of the state.
