There's never been more money in the system.

But creating wealth has never been harder.

People work to the bone and still come out negative.

I'm devoting the next decades of my life to this problem and here's why 🧵

I've been lucky enough to have a lot of success.

I'm not dumb enough to think it just happened because I'm amazing. That's not how it works.

A lot of people helped me along the way. Shared their experience and gave me a leg up.

I want to do the same.

I look around and I see everybody struggling.

Get outside of the NFL and all the wealth around it and most people are barely getting by.

Why? Lots of reasons, but here's a few 👇

Housing is becoming unattainable and it's only getting worse.

🏠 Home Price: 121%
🏙️ Rent: 72%
💰Income: 29%

Our system is built to help the elderly and the already wealthy get even wealthier.

Adults under 35 have no wealth, just income.

That means all the money that comes in, goes out.

There's no foundation to build a family or a future.

The wealth gap is real.

Everyone used to share in our country's prosperity, now the 95th percentile take most of the gains.

Translation: if you're not already ahead, it's hard to get ahead.

I believe that those who have experienced success should pay it forward.

Not just through charity or writing big checks.

But by creating opportunities.

Enabling, educating, training, and rewarding those that are invested in their own growth.

So what should we do? You'll see more from me on:

1) Financial literacy for kids and young professionals

2) Creating dynamic housing for those just starting out to get a leg up

3) Providing access to education and scholarships

It's not everything, but it's a start.

And don't think this just applies to the mega wealthy.

Everyone can pay attention and give back to the people they see every day.

You don't always need money to make a difference, just the right attitude.
