It is not the job of the British Army to work at DVLA. Tell the civil servants to get back to their offices and do their jobs. Otherwise, recruit alternative civil servants.
Every “answer” seems to focus on “BRING IN THE ARMY”. How about pay civilians a proper rate for the job, end the b/s WFH “culture”, and accept many of the problems are the result of decades of poor pay, failure to train our own people, and over reliance on imported labour.
As for the gloating by the #FBPE types. Instead of screaming BREXIT, how about asking yourselves why we got to the point that the UK is not self sufficient in many sectors? Perhaps, paying sh*t wages for decades and relying on unlimited imported labour was not really the answer.
