Paramount+ promoting The Good Fight during the Audra-hosted Tony Awards is a Venn diagram of precisely zero people who weren’t already watching but all people who were happy to see the ad anyway.

Love the Moulin Rouge/Jagged Little Pill of it all. I got to see both of these shows up in Boston what feels like a decade ago before they came to Broadway. Both shows had elements that were time warps to earlier times in my life, but both also brought a new spirit to it all.

Fun story: When I went to see Moulin Rouge (a second time) up in Boston, @sonyatayeh was sitting in the row in front of me taking notes, as it was only the second week of performances of the show. Was very cool to get to watch her working.

An impassioned call for continued action from Broadway to make Black Lives Matter from Britton Smith of the @BwayAdvocacyCo.
