AG Venugopal: There is an office report which says two respondents have been served but it's not necessary since they did not participate in hearing in #SupremeCourt at early stage

CJI: service not complete on Respondent 2, 3 and 5

AG: 2 is regulatory commission.

CJI: 3 is consumer education society, A is amar singh and 5 is Anil Ojha

AG: 3 and 5 can be struck off

CJI: We are deleting then 3 and 5 as suggested by AG. Notice served to 4 but they did not appear

Salve: We are for Respondent 1 and we were served notice 3 days ago

AG: I am ready to argue

Salve: we need to put in a reply

AG: then we need time to file rejoinder

Salve: We need three weeks for counter

CJI: 3 weeks is till Oct 22 and rejoinder can be thereafter. We can list on Nov 9?

Rohatgi: Can be listed on Nov 16

CJI: 3 weeks granted for reply and thereafter 2 weeks for rejoinder. List on Nov 16. We will constitute bench and hear without adjournments then
