Folks, when the NYT says you're being hysterical… you may want to sit down: nytimes.com/2021/10/08/bri…
"“It may only get worse,” read a Politico headline. “The new school year is already a disaster,” Business Insider reported." … "In The New York Times, an epidemiologist predicted that cases would rise in September because children were going back to school."
"And what actually happened? Cases plunged."
"The real world often does not lend itself to moralistic fables."

"In the case of Covid, the fable we tell ourselves is that our day-to-day behavior dictates the course of the pandemic."
"When we are good — by staying socially distant and wearing our masks — cases are supposed to fall. When we are bad — by eating in restaurants, hanging out with friends and going to a theater or football game — cases are supposed to rise."

Apologies it took a few days to compile 🙂 but here are some highlights of the @OpenschoolsUS / @AFTunion #MaskPanel with @rweingarten @TracyBethHoeg @PatriceHarrisMD @IrwinRedlenerMD and @DrJBhattacharya 👇
One of the main reasons we held this important #MaskPanel discussion on Masks, COVID, Kids & Schools is because many experts have not been allowed to share their opinions and POV, w basic science and immunology being censored as "disinformation". @TracyBethHoeg address this here:
Here’s an interesting exchange: @TracyBethHoeg @PatriceHarrisMD @DrJBhattacharya and even @IrwinRedlenerMD point out that kids don’t wear masks well. @PatriceHarrisMD implies that we need better enforcement in schools: #MaskPanel

Let's all take a moment to watch "COVID EXPERT" @ashishkjha as he testifies to Congress on the issue of masks, kids & schools 👇 Listen closely here, folks. He's got a blue check.
Oh, and CITATIONS:

UK :No masks on any kids
gov.uk/government/pub…
DENMARK : No masks on any kids

And THIS 👇 is why normal people don't attend rallies. Just check out the friggin COMPETING rallies being held in NYC today. WTF, people? Clown town. We're fucking doomed.
And so goes the #WorldwideDemonstration #worldwiderallyforfreedom and people wonder why the US can't get their shit together, and show up like UK, France, Australia, Greece, etc.
The teachers unions and Antifa don't pull this dumb counterproductive bullshit.

They arrange a time and a place. And then (gasp!) they all fucking show up.

They don't hold competing rallies. Because, apparently, they're smarter than us.

1/ Hospitals are NOT being overwhelmed right now with unvaxed delta deaths. It's just not happening, just like it didn't happen last year in NYC.

Yeah, I said it. Because it's true.

Was it bad in NYC last Spring? Yup. Was it "overwhelmed"?

No. Not even close.
2/ Never mind that we didn't use the SHIP or the JAVITZ or CENTRAL PARK or the multi-million $ BROOKLYN COVID HOSPITAL at all (completely empty!) the problems we did have in hospitals were mostly due to catastrophic bureaucratic mismanagement (achem, Elmhurst). And vents! ☹️
3/ I know several people personally that work in NYC hospitals. And an interesting thing happened in early April 2020.

I saw a Dr friend of mine appear on a national TV show (!) and he proceeded to weep and wimper about the "needless slaughter" that was occurring in his ICU 😳

Well, the ECONOMY is in terrible shape, thanks to you LockDown morons. The supply chains are a complete mess, there are shortages on almost everything, prices are though the roof, and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight.

Your forced COVID "strategy" failed, you dummies😡
Just tried to order some lawn signs and was shocked at how expensive they were compared w/ 2 years ago. I called, and the PLASTIC, PAINT, and metal STAKES are all either in short supply or unavailable… through the end of '21 *at least*.
I'm seeing this with many of my clients, as well. All sorts of industries, major supply chain disruptions, crazy shortages on very basic supplies. Labor problems due to the ridiculous unemployment payments.

This is madness. And completely avoidable.

1/ 👇 THIS right here is the perfect example of how our local bureaucracies completely failed our kids, and our communities last Spring.

It’s all right here in one image: panic, ‘safety-ism’, politics, tiny tyranny, elitism, and pig-headedness.
2/ This was done by feckless local bureaucrats, with the ‘best’ of intentions, of course.

The local 'leaders' around the US who did THIS to our kids are absolutely responsible for much of this long term catastrophic damage we’ve done to our kids, and our society.
3/ Never forget that. Never let them live it down. …or else, how will we learn from this? How else will we make sure it never happens again?
