Justice Mathur expressed his displeasure over the bail order passed by the Allahabad High Court urging Parliament to bring in a law in honour of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna.
Justice Yadav passed the bail order in Hindi, and no translated copy was supplied. On this issue, Justice Mathur said that if some judge is passing orders in any language other than English, then a translated copy of the same must be provided.

Single judge Justice Shekhar Kumar Yadav made these observations while granting bail to one Akash Jatav alias Surya Prakash, accused of making obscene remarks against Lord Rama and Krishna on Facebook.
Order: All offences are exclusively triable by the Special NCB Court (Sessions level). Hence the jurisdiction of this court ceases to exist to decide bail application.
