🧵Mobs at school gates and vaccine centres around the world

We warned about the disinformation campaign, and it didn't get much attention 

Saw how a junk VAER study was given disproportionate attention and is still being quoted in the media 

We have the groups behind these campaigns being platformed by a member of the House of Lords

#edutwitter really needs to stop engaging with Foxes initiatives 

Canada, identical narrative, identical protests outside hospitals 

Throught September the rhetoric ramped up, disinformation across the media increasing the anger of the antivaxxers, emboldened them

How are the protestors in London any different from the groups we saw in the US in the build up to Capitol Hill

Last month a school had to be evacuated after a hoax bomb theat. This is extremism, we are going to get acts of domestic terrorism if the media doesn't change tact

Been bookmarking over the past month, so this is a bit of a timeline 

After hospital protests Canada then had to shut it's schools 

But of course some tossers think this is brilliant
Issue has been raised at Education Select Committee repeatedly, Unions have contacted the DfE, but we don't seem to be able to get a statement from Gov denouncing these mobs

Police are now being called in to protect vaccine centres

At least C4 have started covering it

Schools feeling under siege, no funding support, no support against covid ripping through our schools, last thing they need are these mobs, no support there either 

Police are being called out regularly now, school in my area had antivaxxers at the back of the school fields fence trying to persuade students to talk to them and take their leaflets, posters put up by primary schools

Distrust of education has been a far right theme, some groups even created racist remote learning resources.

Now they want parents to create antivax schools?

Like cults do...

Relentless, something terrible will happen at this rate 

Its good to hear more ppl starting to question government silence.

Halfon at ed select committee earlier this year refused to criticise the groups when asked "high passions on both sides"

Unions are also being targeted now, few weeks ago a union HQ was attacked in Australia, now Italy, 

I know a head who has hired private security to protect his school from antivaxxers, and another school where antivaxxers tried to break into the school to disrupt the vaccinations being done that day.

Another group were holding up posters of dead children
This is a major safeguarding issue across the country, and its amazing how people who claimed to care about students wellbeing and mental health are either silent or supportive of those behind these campaigns

If we look at the rise of far right militia groups in the US that were emboldened by Trump, the far right have siezed the opportunity provided to them by the pandemic
2/ Pre-Pandemic, when Bannon left Trumps side he went to create an international alt-right movement, meeting with far right parties in other countries to develop links and cross border cooperation

The aim, to radicalise ppl into being willing to engage in political violence
3/ They tried this during the difficult Brexit negotiations. When parliament was prorogued there was a coordinated attempt online to try and gather army veterans into a militia to "fight for freedom"

£30k is what it costs for Collateral Global/GBD to buy itself an APPG in Westminster

And then we fund the fucking rest of it out of the public purse

No wonder Miriam Cates was praising UsforThem when she recently led the debate in Westminster Hall calling for the halt of the 11-15 vaccines.

Isnt it a conflict of interest that she's now on board of a group paid for by the GBD?

Spoke to a reporter recently, told them MPs were reading questions sent to them by disinformation groups, turning parliament into a set piece that would allow them to quote their lines from MPs mouths in parliament to add an establishment veneer to their disinformation

Covid is causing type 1 diabetes, seems to be occuring more in children

So damage the immune system and develop a high risk factor for when they are reinfected

Israel tracked the start of Delta wave to a couple who returned from holiday and disobeyed quarantine by sending their children to school, who brought Delta into the school and then the community
1 in 2000 children in Israel are already suffering long term illness from covid caused PIMs
That Israeli study ppl claim immunity from infection is better than vaccine immunity...

Nope, antibodies might be higher, but due to impact of covid on the body, reinfections are causing more severe illness
