There is an ongoing deliberate and likely sponsored campaign of propaganda and lies meant to discredit agitations by citizens for a better country.

The imbecilic views that agents of government are expressing in their desperation to stop the #EndSARS memorial is astonishing.
This tweet is an example of what I'm talking about. To the unsuspecting, the author of this tweet is intelligent, but any good student of history will easily decipher the mendacity and frivolity in it.
The military did not leave power out of pity, the military was chased out of power by courageous Nigerians who constantly went out to the streets to protest. Some of the protests were violent because the military, like the Buhari regime, had no respect for human rights.
Like we witnessed during #EndSARS protest, it was a common thing for military despots to sponsor counter demonstrations. The military also constantly deployed thugs and cultists to attack protesters.
This revisionist history should never be allowed to go unchallenged. It is insulting to the memory of heroes of democracy who made sacrifices, some paid the ultimate price, to chase the military out of power, for someone to try to demonize citizens who are demanding change from
corrupt, pretentious, dictatorial and incompetent civilian rulers by insinuating that the battle to return the country to 'democracy' was fought and won on a platter.
#EndSARS protest was not perfect, it had its weaknesses. But we should not allow corrupt and oppressive politicians and their surrogates to alter the truth of what led to the violence that took place during the protest. We all saw how government vehicles were used to convey armed
thugs, including vehicles belonging to security agencies.

We saw how armed thugs were led by state agents to unleash violence on the protesters. The carnage that we saw in Lagos would probably not have happened if the military was not deployed to shoot peaceful protesters who
were holding the Nigerian flag and singing the national anthem. Much of the violence was provoked by that unwarranted attack. I was present at the Lagos Panel of Enquiry when the military admitted that the violence in Lagos started after they attack protesters at Lekki Toll Gate.
Till date, no serious effort has been made to meet the demands of the protesters. The police is still killing innocent people and engaging in extortion and other criminal activities.
Those trying to stop people from protesting are the real enemies of this country. If you believe that protest is not the right approach, use your "right approach" and bring about the change. But do not attempt to stop other citizens from exercising their constitutional right.
If the police cannot protect peaceful protesters, the police should stay out of their way. We will not be enslaved in our own country, irrespective of who is the President.

This is the latest example of the religious lunacy pervading Akwa Ibom State that I have been talking about.

Are we cursed in Akwa Ibom State? ImageImageImageImage
It will not be well with the charlatans that organized this charade for abusing these innocent children for partisan gain. It will not be well with them.

Can you imagine the madness?

What is Akwa Ibom Children Prayer Network? ImageImageImageImage
The same Government that has not been able to build a single model public school in the last six years, in one of the richest States in Nigeria, is forming a prayer network for children whose mates across the globe are building drones and exploring technological innovations.

Your pastor cannot go out without heavily armed policemen, some even move around with military escorts and SSS operatives. You dare not get close to them without strict security search and compliance with their protocol team.
But they sell stickers with their faces to you and tell you to put them on your cars and doors as a solution to the insecurity that is ravaging the country. The stickers does not work for them, but you believe that it will work for you.

God is not mocked.
God is not an author of confusion.

Jesus Christ did not shield Himself from the people. When His disciples tried to prevent the poor from having access to Him, Jesus Christ rebuked them.

ARREST OF CHIWETALU AGU IS ILLEGAL AND UNCONSCIONABLE

By Inibehe Effiong

The harassment and arrest of celebrated Nollywood actor, Mr. Chiwetalu Agu, on Thursday, 7th October, 2021 by the Nigerian Army is illegal, unconscionable and unwarranted.
The actor has not committed any criminal offence known to law. The Nigerian Army should stop ridiculing itself before the international community.
Supposing without conceding that the dressing of the legendary actor amounts to "incitement" as claimed by the Army, it is the Nigeria Police that should have responded. There is no evidence of incitement against him. Nothing was inscribed on the said cloth to incite the public.

AKWA IBOM PPRO IS DANCING ON THE CORPSE OF KUBIAT ISAAC

As the lawyer representing the family of Kubiat Isaac Akpan, I have been inundated with messages and calls from members of the public seeking my response to the press release issued this morning by the Akwa Ibom PPRO.
I did not initially intend to respond at this time to the press release but the calls and messages have become unbearable. This preliminary response has thus become imperative.
It is quite sad to see media houses, including prominent and credible ones, publish reports on the press release issued this morning by SP Odiko Macdon, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in Akwa Ibom State, on the murder of Kubiat Isaac Akpan,

MIRACLE MONEY: ISRAEL BALOGUN DETAINED OVER PETITION BY APOSTLE JOHNSON SULEMAN

Mr. Israel Goodnews Balogun has been detained and is spending the night in a cell at the Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department (FCIID) at Area 10, Garki, Abuja
over a petition written against him by Apostle Johnson Suleman on alleged criminal defamation and cyberstalking.

Mr Balogun in a video had debunked the claims of the founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Suleman, that he commanded angels to send and deposit money
into the bank account of some worshippers in Auchi, Edo State and Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Following an invitation by the police, I reported with my client today at the FCIID where we spent nearly ten (10) hours with the investigation team.
