This is the latest example of the religious lunacy pervading Akwa Ibom State that I have been talking about.

Are we cursed in Akwa Ibom State?
It will not be well with the charlatans that organized this charade for abusing these innocent children for partisan gain. It will not be well with them.

Can you imagine the madness?

What is Akwa Ibom Children Prayer Network?
The same Government that has not been able to build a single model public school in the last six years, in one of the richest States in Nigeria, is forming a prayer network for children whose mates across the globe are building drones and exploring technological innovations.
In a State that has one of the highest number of out of school children with dilapidated classrooms, some political contractors and religious entrepreneurs feel that the best way to guarantee the future of these kids is to teach them how to pray and speak in tongues.
Politics in Akwa Ibom State is just a criminal enterprise. These people are evil and I insist that it will not be well with them.

There is an ongoing deliberate and likely sponsored campaign of propaganda and lies meant to discredit agitations by citizens for a better country.

The imbecilic views that agents of government are expressing in their desperation to stop the #EndSARS memorial is astonishing.
This tweet is an example of what I'm talking about. To the unsuspecting, the author of this tweet is intelligent, but any good student of history will easily decipher the mendacity and frivolity in it.
The military did not leave power out of pity, the military was chased out of power by courageous Nigerians who constantly went out to the streets to protest. Some of the protests were violent because the military, like the Buhari regime, had no respect for human rights.

ARREST OF CHIWETALU AGU IS ILLEGAL AND UNCONSCIONABLE

The harassment and arrest of celebrated Nollywood actor, Mr. Chiwetalu Agu, on Thursday, 7th October, 2021 by the Nigerian Army is illegal, unconscionable and unwarranted.
The actor has not committed any criminal offence known to law. The Nigerian Army should stop ridiculing itself before the international community.
Supposing without conceding that the dressing of the legendary actor amounts to "incitement" as claimed by the Army, it is the Nigeria Police that should have responded. There is no evidence of incitement against him. Nothing was inscribed on the said cloth to incite the public.

AKWA IBOM PPRO IS DANCING ON THE CORPSE OF KUBIAT ISAAC

As the lawyer representing the family of Kubiat Isaac Akpan, I have been inundated with messages and calls from members of the public seeking my response to the press release issued this morning by the Akwa Ibom PPRO.
I did not initially intend to respond at this time to the press release but the calls and messages have become unbearable. This preliminary response has thus become imperative.

I am representing the family of Mr. Kubiat Isaac Akpan (popularly known as Icon), a 28 year old fresh graduate of Architecture from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

Kubiat was arrested while relaxing at Eni Stores in Uyo by some policemen at about 7pm on Sunday, August 29, 2021 and taken to B Division, Ewet Housing Estate, Uyo. He did not come out of police custody alive.
Until his life was taken away, Kubiat was awaiting mobilization for service by the National Youth Service Corps.

Mr. Israel Goodnews Balogun has been detained and is spending the night in a cell at the Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department (FCIID) at Area 10, Garki, Abuja
over a petition written against him by Apostle Johnson Suleman on alleged criminal defamation and cyberstalking.

Mr Balogun in a video had debunked the claims of the founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Suleman, that he commanded angels to send and deposit money
into the bank account of some worshippers in Auchi, Edo State and Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Following an invitation by the police, I reported with my client today at the FCIID where we spent nearly ten (10) hours with the investigation team.
