And a DGT official told me there are no appts, because of a "lack of agreement" between UK and ES.
There needs to be action here, now.

But this is not good enough. Brexit has imposed costs & strains on Brits in EU. This one is unnecessary.
An extension. Or mutual recognition of DLs.
