.@Microsoft bites! It's my only non-Apple product (because I need Word) and now I remember why. Weeks ago, I paid to renew 365 and because, when I tried to open Word, it said I needed to renew it (!), I accidentally paid for it twice. I disputed it with my bank, so
the second charge is on hold, but I just learned my dau needs it too, so now I'm thinking fine, let the 2nd charge go thru and she can have that one. So, I wait 2 hrs on hold to chat with them today and once I finally get to #1, the chat windows keep disappearing.
They'd flash for <1 second and be gone again for ~20 minutes. Couldn't even type in CALL ME w/my phone number. Couldn't even ask John Albert to do something to make the windoze stay. So then I look for a #MicrosoftSupport phone number, but that didn't connect me to a human,
although it did repeat a website they thought would help. I'd been there earlier and it didn't help, nor did it again when I tried it later. The kicker? Even tho I've paid for 365 twice now, every time I open Word, it says I need to renew [a 3rd time? REALLY?] and that my 2-week
-old subscription has expired! So, neither of us can use it now and despite all that I've tried to fix this, #MicrosoftHelp is impossible to get!
Hey, @Apple@timcook, how about a stellar word processing program? Not Text Edit and I have Pages. You guys can do anything ... well.
.@RecordersOffice@stephen_richer Your beballotready.vote URL has some serious issues that tech support needs to deal with ASAP. It says I'm not registered to vote, something I got actual legal notice of four days before an election and
too late after the 10/4 deadline to register. So, I re-registered online and three hours later it AGAIN said that I'm not registered to vote! After a 17+ minute wait, I got through to a competent guy in your office who said I WAS in fact registered and that he could see that
I've always voted. He said there just wasn't any election where I live this year & that's why I received no ballot, but that I'm signed up to receive an early mail one next year. So, mostly resolved now. But that website! It doesn't say whether you should enter a 2- or 4-digit
