too late after the 10/4 deadline to register. So, I re-registered online and three hours later it AGAIN said that I'm not registered to vote! After a 17+ minute wait, I got through to a competent guy in your office who said I WAS in fact registered and that he could see that

I've always voted. He said there just wasn't any election where I live this year & that's why I received no ballot, but that I'm signed up to receive an early mail one next year. So, mostly resolved now. But that website! It doesn't say whether you should enter a 2- or 4-digit

birth year, nor does it give you any indication when you've made a mistake. It doesn't say to enter 01 if you were born on the first (day or month), it doesn't say to use slashes between the numbers, it doesn't correct you or even give a hint if you're wrong. We voters do not

have ESP! It's not particularly clear that you should use only your house number and not your full street address, it's not clear that it prefers your voter ID number (if true), etc. It should not say "Not Registered" (twice) when I am, in fact, registered.

Guy on phone said he's pinged tech support many times requesting such changes, but he's never seen anything improved over time. Pro Tip: IT IS PAST TIME TO IMPROVE YOUR WEBSITE! Thank you.
