Revelations of Manish Bhangale - KiranGosavi,Sam D'Souza,Alok Jain & ShaileshChaudhary approached him to commit following offences,A)To illegally obtain Pooja Dadlani's CDR, B)To illegally obtain Aryan Khan's WhatsApp chat, C)To illegally get a SIMCard in Prabhakar Sail's name.

It is my respectful submission before you that Kiran Gosavi is a history-sheeter and is extremely active in tampering the evidence related to CR. No.94 of 2021 in which Aryan Khan is arrested.

It is necessary to investigate this matter urgently as a Cognizable offence is already committed by Kiran Gosavi, Sam D'Souza, Alok Jain and Shailesh Chaudhary.

@CPMumbaiPolice Revelations of Mr.Manish Bhangale should be seen on the background of Kiran Gosavi's affront on the system of AdministrationofJustice. Sameer Wankhede's role as a mastermind of "Mega Million Dollar" extortion racket is unearthing in the most dangerous manner.

@CPMumbaiPolice This is NCB's very own #Pegasus. It is unfortunate to note that a Senior Officer like Mr.Sameer Wankhede is using it against the prominent personalities in the Film Industry by roping in Anti Social elements like Kiran Gosavi.

@CPMumbaiPolice It is necessary to secure the entire CCTV footage of the #GreenGate and the surrounding area from 2nd October till the 1st Remand of Aryan Shahrukh Khan.

@CPMumbaiPolice I have already submitted a written Police Complaint on 12/10/2021, 16/10/2021, 18/12/2021  and on 24/10/2021 to the Hon'ble Commissioner of Police Mumbai.

@CPMumbaiPolice Kiran Gosavi has threatened one Mr.Chinmay Deshmukh and the recording that was played by Mr.Chinmay Deshmukh clearly shows that Kiran Gosawi was verbally abusing Hon'ble Prime Minister. This is extremely serious.

@CPMumbaiPolice It is incumbent upon the "System of Administration of Justice" to register a detailed complaint of Mr.Manish Bhangale, Mr.Shekhar Kamble  and Mr.Chinmay Deshmukh along with Prabhakar Sail, Adv.Sudha Dwivedi, Adv.Kanishk Jayant and Nitin Deshmukh.

@CPMumbaiPolice I request you to treat this letter as a First Information Report and further request Hon'ble Joint CP Shri.Vishwas Nangre Patil and Hon'ble Commissioner of Police Mumbai Shri.Hemant Nagrale ji to constitute a task force of Senior Officers

@CPMumbaiPolice to conduct a thorough investigation at the earliest. The City of Mumbai and every law-abiding Mumbaikar is under attack.
