Republicans have been playing a +50 year chess game, that they have won, and now are flipping the board. While liberals continue playing checkers every two years.

Its time for a new generation and a new game.

I just got the coolest idea on what the first move in this new game looks like :)

Only this game will work to create an actual representative democracy for the first time in our nation's history. A type of human-centered politics. One that works to advance justice and equality to create peace. To make the American dream a reality.

A type of politics that doesn’t lie about our past but acknowledges our actual history as a country and works to address it.

A type of justice and acknowledgment that will require a truly awesome amount of power and leadership from all of us to make possible.

There will be the doubters and the haters who think the best is behind us. We must challenge ourselves to dream bigger than ever before and think what the republic we want for our children look like?

We can be a republic of tolerance, democracy, justice, peace and freedom but we must acknowledge while that has never been the case - but it can be.

To do so- we must acknowledge our actual history of genocide and injustice and not our propagandized history we are fed.

We can’t move forward so long as we don’t understand where we are coming from.

Sorry I said it’s time for a new generation. I meant it’s time for all generations including mine on deck! We gotta work together in coalition to make this possible.

Progress is never made alone by one generation it’s made through the collaboration of many with a shared vision
