A sharp rise in Covid-19 hospitalisations this week, with the number of patients in Addenbrooke's up from 30 to 50. However, it's worth noting that the number in critical care (shown by the red bars) is down slightly - the increase is due to non-critical cases.

Cases in Cambridge are up about 7% over the week, with a fall in the last couple of days undoing some of the earlier increase.

Here's the age group picture - quite a complex one, with school cases falling again, but a big rise for the 30-59s. Cases are low in the student age groups, and this is reinforced by data from @Cambridge_Uni's testing programme. However, numbers are up for the over-60s.

Here's the picture for cases across the county - Cambridge is below the average for England, while other Cambridgeshire districts are higher. It does look like we're starting to see a downward trend, though. Let's hope this develops in Cambridge too.
