My crypto guide for new people who are here for the long run and willing to put in the work. It is based on my journey and should not be taken as financial advice. Start by asking yourself why are you here, what are you expecting from crypto and what is your exit strategy- a 🧵👇

Whether or not you decide to invest in #btc it is the king, the leading indicator for the rest of the market. Therefore you need to be familiar with:
-Overall crypto market capitalisation
-BTC dominance (percentage of BTC vs rest of the market)
- ALTS season

Education - there is no free lunch, you must put in the work if you don't want to become someone else exit liquidity.

- @tokenmetricsinc is an excellent source of information, I strongly recommend you to subscribe and watch token metrics tv where you will receive lots of valuable information. You can also create your portfolio and get insights into your crypto investments.

- realvision.com, founded by Raoul Pal @RaoulGMI, a successful hedge fund macro investor who provides tons of information. The crypto section is free, subscribe and watch as many videos as you can, it has a wealth of information and it is FREE.

- @BanklessHQ #1 newsletter program for crypto & DeFi. Subscribe to the newsletter and podcasts, follow @TrustlessState and start levelling up by becoming a doer. Speaking of doers go to @rabbithole_gg Become an early adopter of new projects, and earn crypto as a reward.

- Benjamin Cohen,@intocryptoverse is a respectable crypto quant analyst who provides a realistic analysis of Bitcoin and alts. If you can subscribe to his patron group, you will get access to his Quantitative Market analysis, excel models to help you navigate the markets.

- @crypto_birb, is a Certified Technical Analyst; who has successfully called the last BTC top and bottom and who provides a daily report on his discord channel. Also has a youtube video.

- If you want a deeper short/long term analysis of BTC and Alts on a daily basis you may want to follow Eric Crown, @KrownCryptoCave he is a respected trader with year's of experience, on his youtube channel, he swears a bit but not let it deter you from getting a wealth of info

- If you want a shorter version of his analysis you can get it from the youtube channel of @elliotrades, Co-Founder
@SuperFarmDAO and very successful investor with a focus on gaming and nfts. his videos are packed with information about crypto trends, strategies and #NFTs

- @coinbureau is a great youtube channel that goes in-depth into most crypto projects. Before you decide to invest in a particular project search it on his channel and watch a 20min video about it to ensure you know the specifics and tokenomics of the project.

- Tools: #TradingView even if you are not a trader. l also recommend market cypher marketciphertrading.com to get additional indicators to try to time your entries and exit.

lookintobitcoin.com Learning tools for Bitcoin investing. get familiar with the Stock-to-Flow Model and other indicators, they can be helpful to assess how overheated the market might become. You may want to have a look at glassnode.com for deeper on-chain analysis

- There are tons of additional sources of information, but I am trying to limit to the “ basics”. I spend 3 hours a day educating myself and my routine includes looking at:
- Fear/greed index
- btc price
- btc dominance
- Market cap of total market (1,2,3) excluding BTC/ETH

- followed by Twitter feed,
- Reading newsletters and through the day listening to podcasts and listening to youtube videos.
I don't trade in and out of positions unless something really bad happens. I try not to buy on green (market Up) days.

Always have an investment thesis and I strongly suggest investing in projects you understand :
- #btc : digital gold
- #ETH : digital oil to fuel to the nfts and defi boom.
- #audius : the Spotify killer, decentralised music
- #Helium : the peoples wireless network

@chainlink : data oracle
- @Polkadot : web3
- @SushiSwap : a decentralized exchange
- @ArweaveTeam : permaweb storage.
- #RUNE : bridge multi chain protocol

Lastly, some of the tools I mentioned have a cost, I have spent over 1000 USD and above that, I have spent over 3000 hours of my most precious asset, my time. I guess you are aiming for big gains? invest accordingly. All the best and hope it helps you on your cryto journey.
