I am enjoying having a GOOD knee brace (I measured my knee), being happy with my little 14 minute mile, the feeling of warming up, the cool wind and the sunshine. I like that it makes me feel good!
Also - 7 months ago I could only run 6 minutes. In broken up stretches. I just ran for amost an hour straight without stopping!

Part 3 in my series on evangelical child abuse is going to be about breaking the cycle. The hard work people have done to deconstruct. To parent differently - their children, and themselves. It will be hard to write, but I hope meaningful.

i havent slept much in the past 24 hours, so if im a little self indulgent forgive me. it's just, i know i could make a whole lot more money & clout engaging in flippant bigotry, cruelty, or fearmongering. i know i could get big punching down.
