Sharma: Headed by ACP, security of all 7 district courts have been taken over.
HC: So your affidavit states. Anybody wants to say anything over the affidavits filed by them?
HC: In a summarized manner, the suggestions will be like this:
CP, Delhi must constitute team to undertake security audit of all district courts in Delhi.
Sharma: It's already done.
HC: This is a direction, will have to be done repeatedly.
HC: Peculiarity of each complex to be decided by such team, deciding number of police personnel to be deployed, number of cameras to be put.
HC: Mechanism of frisking should be quick and efficient. Frisking personnel, metal detectors to be installed at the main gate as well as outside every courtroom.
HC: No baggage to be permitted without scanning.
Round-the-clock CCTV monitoring of full court premises.
HC: High Security cases to be heard via video conferencing.
HC: Installation of automated gates like the ones in metro stations may be considered to handle the huge number of visitors to courts.
Delhi Bar Council may issue IDs with QR codes, specific identification to each advocate on its rolls to facilitate their entry in courts.
HC: RG of this Court must take inputs from the police and DHCBA and place a report. Police will be responsible for regular security audit.
Delhi Govt to be responsible for providing budgetary allowances for providing all security tools.
In the wake of the Rohini Court shootout in Delhi, Delhi High Court directs @AAPDelhi led Delhi government to provide for budgetary allowances/fund immediately for providing adequate security set-ups in Courts across Delhi at the earliest.
Delhi High Court: These are not directions by the court. I have only made a summary subject to inputs of the respondents.
Delhi High Court: These are subject to amendments also.
Delhi HC: The summary is prepared based upon your valuable suggestions.

Yesterday, the Prime Minister of India, @narendramodi stated it has come to light, that issues of violation of human rights are being raised selectively by some people purely for political benefits.
He also added that Rights are Synonymous with duties.
What does the Bar think?
Sr. Adv. Satish Maneshinde:
“People who are now crying hoarse about human rights & violations of basic rights, raids being carried out, PMLA cases being foisted, are those who were part of government & administration when Emergency flourished - the Congress party & others.”
Same people who were in power (during emergency) after having violated basic human rights of various individuals, cannot be complaining of violations of human rights, particularly when they say that government is “high handed” & raiding opposition leaders!: Maneshinde
