For copper, increase redox and Metallothionein production with sunlight, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, glycine, cysteine, glutamic acid, and necessary B vitamins (both go hand in hand), include IP6 (phosphorus), boron, and molybdenum.
Must pair with a form of soluble fiber or another binding agent to bind the copper and bile for excretion, otherwise it’s reabsorbed.
Zinc may need to be increased dramatically depending on the severity.

Confirm with blood work. Optimal levels are 1:1 zinc/copper in serum. 1:2 and you’re at a vastly increased risk for all types of diseases.
Boron and molybdenum also increase copper excretion. Sulfur/sulfate can be useful, but would be covered with bone broth along with necessary amino acids.
Magnesium, zinc, retinol, vitamin C, vitamin D, and B1/B2/B3/B6/B9/B12 to make that copper usable.

It’s cannabis, you could just quit by will power alone like I did.

But to make it easier, switch to solely oral consumption. The smoke/vapor triggers inflammation that prompts more smoking/vaping to relieve it. Taper dosage gradually down over a couple weeks.
Nutritional repletion to surplus, daily sun exposure especially at sunrise and midday for endogenous dopamine and beta-endorphin, start lifting if you haven’t already.

Use other tools to relieve inflammation/pain like topical MgCl, black seed oil, various herbal medicines.
Implement zero tolerance dietary framework.

Consume lots of seafood daily for the omega-3 fatty acids for endocannabinoid production. Preferably raw.

Supplement Agmatine and niacin to reduce tolerance.

Include lion’s mane extract to black seed oil. Fresh is fine.

Sh*tty diet and never going outside in the sun.

The Hazda people were given all sorts of refined sucrose and antibiotics with zero impact on their gut microbiome because they spend all day and eat every meal outside in the sun, and spend very little time on their cellphones.
You don’t need to eat sh*t to fix your gut issues, just stop eating sh*t and go the F*CK outside.
Literal sh*t. Pitiful, disgusting.

Unlike the majority of seed oils, Black seed oil actually protects against the inflammation/oxidative stress caused by excessive omega-6 fatty acids.
It is only 1:4-5 ratio O3/O6, so maintaining seafood/shellfish intake would still be a wise decision, but it is the best option to prevent excessive O3 as well.
