Friday uranium thoughts into the close… not surprisingly. Buy more $u.un as a sure bet.

Chatted with several attendees from this weeks nuclear conference.

The take aways are significant.
I’m hearing that the utilities/ fuel buyers are still pissed, even more so.

Interestingly, after being on a buyers strike as they hoped the price jump would be short lived they are now actively seeking to contract. Willing to pay this price for years.
Feeling is that there will be willingness to contract with floors and escalators now.

For the first time since the start of the bull. People who said there was endless inventories available for spot now feel it’s drying up and lbs are very hard to source.
Former bears are now thinking we will soon break to new highs of $50lb and will certainly run to $55 quickly. (Which was my Christmas target from the summer)

Utilities now understand sput nyse will come as well as atm RE-up’s
I’ve also been given the impression that the utilities and fuel buyers are very slow at getting uranium mining info and digesting it. #uranium traders are just starting to look at the CRDN situation and the thought of even a year or two delay is obviously very dramatic
Over the next week or two you can be sure the utilities and fuel buyers will both be trying to digest the possibility of even a year or two delay for $nxe arrow deposit. 25-50mln lbs coming out of the supply forecasters models is hugely significant for the uranium market
I’ve reached out to JFK Law and the CRDN. Hope to be able to chat that with them and get a better sense of the magnitude of the problem and possible solutions.

Some people on Twitter clearly have a hate on for indigenous people.
Anyone who comments about extortion or makes racists or derogatory comments will be blocked. I’m done with you deplorable fukwitts. Ya, used the D word. Now go look it up in the dictionary if it upsets your and realize it’s an accurate and proper use of the word.
Racists are deplorable! Yes it’s that simple.

Now the people that are all upset about the CRDN don’t understand the law and the rights they have under the treaties they signed.

The province of Saskatchewan is powerless.

The Supreme Court of Canada is the arbiter.
I don’t understand why would spend huge dollars developing a resource and mine plan with out settling an iron clad deal with the FN band that has land use agreements through to production and reclaim action. At least a solid framework. For me that is step 1 before drilling.
Critics of the CRDN don’t understand who’s land this is? Perhaps try to imagine if you were a farmer or ranger and owned a huge quantity of land. And all of a sudden the state or province granted someone access to your land. They found a deposit of uranium what would you do?
In the USA on private lands often times the surface rights and the mineral / oil and gas rights are owned by different people.

Land owners in Pennsylvania don’t have to let coal companies mine underneath them. Taking out a 6ft seem disturbs the surface even when 400-600ft down
The mining companies all negotiate permission to mine under a property before they mine. They sort this out many years ahead as a first step before permitting.

It’s amazing to me the hypocrisy of some people when they believe in less government and private property rights
But they don’t like the FN people exerting their property rights even they have the longest standing property rights of any individual or group.

Again, ask yourself what you would do if your were the CRDN?

I would first say no mines, no way. Then wait. 1 year? 2 years?
Let’s see what happens to the market cap of the stocks effected? Let’s see what happens to the price of uranium? Let’s see how the rising price of uranium effects the npv of the arrow mine for example.

Then look at the gap between npv and market cap and negotiate a fair deal
Looking at the JFK law group website and the experience and expertise I think that’s what’s coming.

Savy lawyers know this playbook. I’m not the bad guy here. I’m just telling you what I think is gonna happen after talking to lawyers I know and reading the available public inf
The market hasn’t priced all this in. Get longer $u.un and out of $cco and into $kap

@Convertbond take note of this thread
Finally comment. For the first time I’ve heard long time traders in uranium use the $100/lb number in convo.

The idea that it’s going to go there is slowly creeping into everyone’s consciousness. As a contrarian, I will wait until everyone is talking about the all time highs
It may well break and exceed this highs but I will be exiting around about the all time highs when they come. On an inflation adjusted basis. $180-200/lb

At that time expect me to go quite until I’ve completed all my sales. I’m fine to share my entry points but not exits
The thing is with racists, they hate being called de·plor·a·ble far more than being called racist. Cause they hate the dictionary even more than they hate minorities. Racists are the dumbest of the dumb.

Any CFA’s want to make $1000 doing a few hours of work? I will etransfer the first person to complete this a detailed will referenced model of cameco’s contract book. $ccj $cco #uranium #CFAchallenge

Here’s the md&a read and follow the thread

s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/assets-us-west…
Page 17 has cash flow sensitivity and the contract books.
Here’s how cameco management and board thinks. They are assuming only 2% inflation. But the dramatic realization here is they are basing there uranium contract strategy on the last 25yrs where I we likely had max 7-8yrs bull and mostly bear market or near flat years.

This didn’t get much attention back in May. More very strong statements made here in this release. newswire.ca/news-releases/…
“Our Treaty Rights trump provincial laws and we will continue to fight with Chief Clarke and the Dene people to ensure that these lands and waters are here for the generations to come."
“The issuance of uranium mineral rights and granting of exploration permits and approvals of damaging uranium mines by the GOS all occurred without our People's meaningful involvement, participation or consent. This pattern of unacceptable behavior must come to an end, now."

Some major #uranium projects/territories that banned or don’t allow Uranium mining

Jabiluka (Northern Territory, Australia)
Jahodná, (Slovakia)
Virginia (USA)
Kvanefjeld (Greenland)
Kivalliq (Canada)
Salamanca (Spain)
Westmoreland (Australia)
Navajo territory (USA)
If the Clearwater River Dene Nation prevent mining in their territory $NXE, $FCU, $STND mines projects as well as many other possibly sizeable exploration projects will be added to this list and the #uranium price will most certainly go parabolic
The importance of $NXE mine alone can’t be over stated. 28.8 mln lbs per year in the first 1-5 years 21.7mm lbs per year life of mine.

15% of current consumption 190mm lbs current annual

22%+ of current primary uranium production

Number one most new important mine expected

Super bullish news for #uranium $u.un $spruuf

Bearish for Canadian basin uranium miners though. Why I love me my uranium in a can. Best risk to reward bet. newswire.ca/news-releases/…
All I know is uranium demand is going to keep rising way more than people think and the supply of uranium from new mines will be smaller than expected and take much longer and cost way more. #uranium $u.un slam dunk 2x lay up 3x and likely will squeeze 4-5x
Risk reward $u.un is the best. I sleep beautiful and enjoy my happy lucid dreams with no disturbing thoughts of labour strikes, tax hikes, expropriation, cost inflation. These ans more work in the #uranium prices favour and the U mining stocks are priced to need the spot double

Book enthusiasts, I'm love to get a little feedback on a first draft of the preface for the book I'm starting to work on. Just kicked it out early this morning as I woke from a dream... anyhow be kind..it's my fist time writing a book and I need to find an editor and publisher
Preface:
Their is a place that exists, that we each know is real but we don’t want to speak of it for fear we might conjure something harmful from its depths. No, it’s not the fucking TwilightZone, but sometimes it feels like when we sense its presence in an altered state.
I’ve managed to find it most often when waking up from a powerful dream, nightmare, or intense meditating. I’m always completely electrified with an intense feeling of pins and needles covering my entire body. In this state we aren’t sure if we are asleep or awake, dead or alive,
