Judge Nathan: I'm sorry. Amid COVID we allow jurors to being their phones in. But I decided that during jury questionnaire, the phones should be taken.
The prospective juror who pushed back at phone being taken describes, in terms of interactions with the court system, a person he's close to having to testify against someone who tried to scam them out of a lot of money.
