Now Ms. Wisco (sp) - "I got a four millibyte file." [Megabyte?] "I down loaded it to this evidentiary laptop."
Question: What kind of laptop?
Wisco: Lenovo.

Wisco: I emailed Binger and Krauss; Krauss sent me back the same four megabyte file. I drove to get the flash drive. Their file was 11 megabyte.
Krauss: Compressing is not our responsibility --

Rittenhouse's lawyer Richards: Yes, Mr. Pierce was my clients former lawyer. And the video was bought by Tucker Carlson.

Bagley's lawyer: Doctor Bagley's relationship with "S," he didn't know about anything criminal. He was told by "B," I'll refer to him as "B," he become aware of corruption so he pled guilty.

Judge Rakoff: I must be getting on - I remember Doctor Bagley acknowledging these things at his plea proceeding. Do you want to withdraw your plea?
Bagley's lawyer: He thought of Saab as a legitimate businessman who, yes, was also involved in corrupt activities.

Dershowitz' lawyer: Ms Giuffre at that time never mentioned any sex with Mr. Dershowitz. We intend to seek the deposition of Mrs. Wexner...
Judge Loretta A. Preska: It sounded to me that Mr. Dershowitz wanted to take some of these deposition to show that the deponent never saw Ms. Giuffre with him. Correct?

Now Judge Nathan questions a prospective juror with a link to John Jay College of Criminal Justice, who says he only follows the cases he studies.
Judge Nathan turns up the white noise.
Judge Nathan returns with a good question: If you are in school, how can you miss the six weeks of trial? Don't you have exams?
This prospective juror seems to really want to be on the case. And he's not bounced like one earlier today, at least not yet.
