1/ @KaruraNetwork just announced their liquidity mining program with 350,000 $KAR in rewards.

The program started on Sep 28 and anyone can earn $KAR when staking $KSM for $LKSM, the yield-bearing liquid KSM staking derivative, or become an LP in the new LKSM/KSM pool.
2/ The liquidity mining program has two ways to earn:
- Stake $KSM for $LKSM, and earn by staking newly minted $LKSM (Rewards: 100,000 $KAR).
- Stake $KSM for $LKSM, then provide liquidity for the new LKSM/KSM pair (Rewards: 250,000 $KAR).

The $KSM parachain auction is on the verge now & all is looking forward to seeing it. The preparation for the parachain rollout has come to the final steps. Despite the fact that the market is in a correction phase, DOT's projects are still busy preparing for the auction on KSM

1/Speaking at #Consensus2021, @gavofyork expresses that currently, EVM is still very popular for most of blockchain developers & @Polkadot will always be ready to support EVM. However, he also emphasizes that for the long term, WebAssembly will be a smart contract replacing EVM.
2/“I can’t deny that a lot of people are already using EVM, so it’s super important to support these legacy protocols, these legacy languages, and that’s what we’re doing with Polkadot,” Wood said in a pre-recorded interview.
