Chairman: have you had a time to talk about the Vice article?
AH: yes
Chairman: do you have questions Mr. Donahugh?
RD: you've read it?
AH: I've skimmed it
RD: there's a number of quotes are they accurate

AH: They are accurate.
RD: how did the article come ro be?
AH: my friend Ben hunter reached out as a friend saying he'd like to write an article in support of me and my experience.
RD: did you know it'd be published this week?
AH: no

RD: going to read a few quotes, AH believes it was an orchestrated campaign against you. Do you believe that's the case
AH: no, that quote was from a long response to Hunte
GP: says not the quote can we have the full quote
RD reads full quote

RD says he read it full the first time.
RD: is that your understanding of what happened
AH: in the early days there was an element of people organising amongst themselves complaints to the GMC. That's what I referred to an orchestrated campaign.

AH: My perception at the time was that it was a well oiled machine against me. (I'm confused by what he's saying here) but it's right the GMC looked into it and I've explained in some depth that parts of the conduct were well below the standard for a doctor

AH: although the way its quoted that that's my belief but that's almost a historical reference. However that does nothing to dismiss or reduce the significance of being here today. I understand its the right and proper outcome.

RD: one other matter and another quote. 'Doctors do have a powerful voice I didn't realise I'm under constant scrutiny. The most foolish thing I've...' what do you mean by foolish people

AH: (too fast) people like E are sensitive and they suffer and don't understand the person I actually am.
RD: was that you throwing these people another comment?
AH: no. The only person that is responsible for me being here today is me. I'm not interested in having another dig.

RD: one more issue and in relation to Dr Sens question
Chairman says RD has had his time.
RD says it is relevant and in relation to what Dr Sen said and has a document to bring in
GP objecting to bringing in another document. Says its not fair at this stage.

Chairman asks the date of the document and said it could have been included in the bundle as it was six months ago. GP not accepting it. Chairman says its not appropriate to being in the document now and can't have such high relevance if it hasn't been included before.
