Eat to satiate hunger, not to dissipate emotions. Develop emotional control instead

Minimize inflammatory foods

Consume more foods that are natural & lively (fruits, vegetables, nuts)
Sexuality

Avoid porn, it destroys your physical & mental integrity.

Be energy sensitive, every intercourse is a memory download.
Food & sex are the most primal biological impulses. They’re hard to control because your survival depends on them.

If you can tame those urges, you can transcend the limitations of your physicality.
3 - Speech

Practice quietude (verbally & sub-vocally).

As your silence deepens, you’ll become more intuitive & intelligent.

Do not speak on vain things.
4 - Motives

Always observe the incentives behind everything you say / do.

Are they triggered by insecurity & desperation -

Or by sincerity & authenticity?
5 - Social circle / media

Vet your circle, curate your media feed.

Befriend the highly energetic & optimistic.

Follow people that share insightful contents. Ignore the rest.
