If you are not in political office or about to get one, I highly reccomend the clear pill.
If you HAVE TO worry about politics, you need to make sure that you have:
1. Bitches (or one).
2. No financial problems.
3. Many friends.

5. Good or great physical health.
6. At least 1 creative hobby where you produce something tangible. (Writing poems/novels, painting etc)
If you don't meet all 6 conditions, don't touch politics. its a slippery slope to learned helplessness.
