It is only my Luhyas & Luos who come on Twitter to abuse each other.

We even import village disagreements to Twitter.

I don't see Kikuyus or Kalenjin washing their linen here despite being in different political camps.

Growing in a scarcity mindset is a bad thing.

Shame!

We pride ourselves in demeaning each other in public to attract attention of our financiers.

We call each other unprintable adjectives to gain approval from the wealthy machinery financing our mouths.

We compete on who has the most smartest vocabulary of insults.

Shame!

Yet when your brother builds a business, you are the first to dismiss it and even plot its downfall.

You cannot support your brother because “he will be successful than me”

Growing up in a scarcity mindset is really a bad thing.

CONSTIPATION is failure to empty bowel after 72 hours.

- No veggies,

- Improve salt intake. Sodium promotes gut motility.

- Eat sauerkraut.

- Squat when pooping. No toilet seat.

Water & pawpaw is a fallacy. The gut is not a slimy & horizontal hollow tube.

NO VEGGIES.

Why?

Because veggies are fibrous. They will worsen the bulking at the lower gut.

Fibres are not digested by the gut but by bacteria. If you overwhelm them with fibre, the constipation will worsen.

You don't add more vehicles in a traffic jam.

SALT,

Improve salt intake because the sodium-potassium pump needs to work.

Gut motility relies on this pump.

If the pump fails, the lower gut stops being peristaltic and the constipation will worsen.

If you have a newborn:

- Expose it to the morning sun daily.

- Keep its bedroom darker and silent. Switch off bulbs, phones, computers, radios,TVs.

- Massage its back, neck, limbs (hands, legs, fingers) to loosen muscle stiffness.

- Exclusive breastfeeding.

Vitamin D strengthen bones which therefore ensures your baby will crawl, stand and walk easily.

Your baby's liver is still primitive. It becomes wholly functional after 2 years.

It's role in babies is metabolism, detoxification and synthesis of bile.

Neonates are susceptible to jaundice because of a primitive liver.

The sun promotes development of your baby's liver.

The difference between a 41-Year-old Terryanne & a 19-year-old teenage girl is that Terryanne has lost her sex market value while the teen has very high value.

But their pettiness is similar. Women never mature.

Your mother has the same pettiness of her teenage. Ask your dad.

- and this is what differentiates men from women and also men from boys.

A boy can be excused for pettiness and blunders but a man cannot afford to be petty and immature.

There must be a clear cut difference & growth in manners & logic for a man today than he was 3 years ago.

That's why we judge men based on their growth and development.

Women can afford to remain childish and petty forever and we shall excuse them and love them but a man MUST grow.

So, don't lose sleep because your woman is childish. That's what all women are: Childish and petty.

Society today has normalized people 35+ years to be

+ Fat and obese

+Slow and weak

+ Manboobs

+ Dadbods

If you look around, people 35+ years are living a sedentary lifestyle and eating unclean because that is what our obesogenic society made them believe.

Yet, if you are 35+ years,

You need to be fit, healthy and active because

+ You have a family that looks up to you.

+ You have a job that needs your maximum attention.

But, you can't meet these expectations if you are fat, unhealthy and unfit.
