The proposal is a chilling nod to dictatorships where media censorship and bans on freedom of speech lead to persecution and prosecution.
A number of speeches at the rally have strongly encouraged civil unrest and suggested civil war. Numbers have shrunk from recent weeks, with around 1,500 turning out so far today.

The crowd has moved to Flinders Street, where a lady is telling the crowd Dan Andrews will be tried on December 17 in Myrtleford Magistrates Court for making sneaky edits to the Constitution behind our backs. #QAnonCult
Some people have tried to suggest this #QAnonCult stuff only represents a small part of this crowd. That is incorrect, all the speakers rattle out these garbage conspiracy theories and the crowds always go wild, lapping it up.
A child who says he is 6 years old has taken the microphone and is leading chants of "Free Victoria" and "Sack Dan Andrews" - I am sad for this poor kid, shame on his parents.
