Some people just stop when they buy the domain...set up the other 3 too.

It will make you take more action on that idea faster 🚀

It's generally a good idea to start a new project with tools connected to the same domain.

Much cleaner to transfer ownership of the project that way.

Additionally I use LastPass to create and save passwords.

.@nikhilkachare01 and I figured out the initial structure of the airtable database.

We're using my Thread Masters (daily twitter thread) group as the initial leaderboard dataset.

While this is #buildinpublic - it's not #NoCode

@nikhilkachare01 is going to setup the leaderboards in NextJS.

Just setup a @vercel account to host the app portions of inittogether.app

It's 7.5 hours since we started.

The pressure is starting to show.

.@nikhilkachare01 Improved the leaderboard design and added an ad - for good measure.

We're making up paid features as we go - but removing that ad is going to be one #revenue #HalfDayBuild

Setup the domain pointing to the @vercel hosting.

@Cloudflare DNS management does instant changes possible.

Setting up the @zapier and @airtable automations taking much longer than originally anticipated.

Had to watch a lot of videos and finally we have @zapier automations setup to update streaks in @airtable

While @nikhilkachare01 was setting up the automation - I published the @unicornplatform landing page along with a pricing table

Pricing is complicated - will need to revisit - but we plan to add all the communities in manually so we'll get time to figure out the actual details - which depend on how many zaps each automation uses.

Still have to add features like the @zapier zaps for Discord and Slack channels - but those are possible and will depend on the communities that get onboarded.

Also - we wanted to add more Viral Loop features. Users inviting other users.

Will tackle those in the coming week.

This is just the beginning.

We did not get to revenue today.

An outrageous ask - but felt great to try to do it.

We do have an early supporter in @normschool 🚀
