Pues nada, con un burnout de manual, esta semana he dejado mi empresa. Lo comento por aquí por lo importante que me parece visibilizar cualquier cuestión relacionada con salud mental y porque no sólo de postureo vive el ser humano. Hilo va 👇
Lo primero: ¿de qué hablo cuando hablo de burnout? Pues al menos en mi caso hablo de:
* Un estado continuo de ansiedad y estrés, de nerviosismo-tensión corporal general; en ocasiones agitación de la respiración, frecuencia cardiaca elevada, dificultad para pensar con claridad...
* Miedo. Miedo desde que abría los ojos por la mañana hasta que me acostaba por la noche.
* Acababa totalmente exhausto cada jornada laboral, y me duraba el resto del día.
* Sensación de estar sobrepasado casi permanentemente.
* Motivación por los suelos.
