Putin gulled the worst appeasement nations, Germany and France, to be false “guarantors” of Minsk Agreement II. Russia was given years to consolidate. 2/14

The Russian regime of state terrorism set about dismantling the Western coalition supporting Ukraine.

In 2016, Russia sponsored the GeenPeil joke referendum in the Netherlands against Ukraine. A massive effort of information warfare turned the result in Moscow’s favour. 3/14

Russia exploited its elite capture of UK institutions to back the #Brexit referendum. The Putin-Kremlin crime syndicate illegally financed Vote Leave.

Dominating the press and the Conservative Party, Russia turned the result to the suicide jump of UK withdrawal from the EU. 4/14

For the 2017 French election, aggressor Russia backed the fascist Marine Le Pen but fell short.

But the Russians quickly turned Emmanuel Macron into a politician who talks impotently about “strategic partnership" with Russia and never about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. 5/14

In Germany, the Russians reshaped the Ostpolitik faction into the Putinversteher (“Putin-understanders”) faction. Russia’s project of strategic corruption, the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, was reworked into a war project against Ukraine and against Europe’s energy security. 6/14

By 2016 Russia had completed elite capture of the Republican Party in the United States. Russia selected its asset Trump to be figurehead of the party and assigned Yanukovych grey cardinal Paul Manafort to steer a powerful Chekist active measure against American democracy. 7/14

Taking a lesson from attacks on Ukrainian democracy from the time of the Orange Revolution to the time of the Revolution of Dignity, Russia falsified the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Putin puppet Trump was in the White House. 8/14

In 2019, Trump illegally withheld military assistance for Ukraine and attempted to blackmail the Ukrainian president. Russia’s elite capture of the Republican Party ensured Trump was never punished for his crimes and treason. 9/14

In early 2021, Trump led an insurrection against the United States. The Trump followers who attacked the Capitol used the same titushki tactics Russia used in the March-April 2014 phase of its invasion of Ukraine – organized rent-a-mobs directed by agents provocateurs. 10/14

Against Ukraine, Russia mounted an “anyone but Poroshenko” active measure for the 2019 election modelled on its 2016 “anyone but Hillary” active measure against the United States. The Russians and the oligarchs chose TV performer Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the leading role. 11/14

Zelenskyy made Russian agent Andriy Yermak his head of administration.

Yermak/Ze surrendered some Ukrainian territory to Russia, imposed a unilateral ceasefire & partial disarmament on the UA army, and betrayed to Russia/Belarus an operation to capture Wagner mercenaries. 12/14

Biden’s election gave some hope. As Vice-President, Biden had made pro-Ukraine statements.

But Biden reversed U.S. policy. He waived sanctions on Gazprom and former Stasi agent Matthias Warnig. Biden made a pact with Merkel to complete Russia’s Nord Stream 2 war project. 13/14

Encouraged by 7 years of Western appeasement, Russia began to mobilize for the next offensive against Ukraine at the end of March 2021. Never finding signs of Western resistance, Putin hasn’t stopped.

Russia will certainly attack. Only the Ukrainian army stands in its way. 14/14
