On The Masking Transformation – Part 2

You're at a modern, COVID-improved retail store with plastic separators everywhere. The employees are all well and good masked up. Have you noticed how muffled their voices are? Contemplate that.

2) Did you know that each employee has the right of free speech, even while working? Of course the company has the free right of firing the employee, and not even for cause. It's just a right. Free hire. Free fire. You're fired. You're hired. Like that. And like...I QUIT!, too.

3) Thing is, what you can't do is give an employee an illegal command and them fire them for not executing your illegal command. Put on your mask. This is NOT a legal command. It is illegal. If the employee is then fired for not doing so...LAW SUIT!

4) Let's be clear, I am NOT an attorney and have no clue if such a suit would win. I just know that it should win. You know, I'm going to have to get @shestokas on the line and get to the bottom of how breaches of Constitutional rights are remedied.

5) Here's my point. The command to put on a face mask breaches my first amendment right of free speech. Not only due to the muffled sounds, but to my right over myself as a person. Perhaps we must bring in the Declaration of Independence here.

6) Forgetting about the Right of Property (which got taken care of neatly and well by the Constitution) Jefferson (and team) gives us Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness as our most fundamental Rights in our initial Declaration.

7) A point @shestokas keeps pounding on me over is that the Declaration is the fundamental statement upon which ALL American Law is founded. I can't say it as well as he does. It's something like: the Declaration is the ideal, the Constitution its imperfect execution.

9) Follow it out. The FIRST Amendment covers Free Speech. Why? Because that is the single most important right a FREE MAN has. He is allowed to speak. No one can tell him not to. It's our most important right. Dig deeper with me.

10) Wolf packs cower when facing human packs. We have obliterated all of our predators. And by the way, we soon will with viruses and suchlike. We wiped out saber tooth tigers. We will wipe out viruses and diseases too. Mark my word. Our predators die.

11) So whom do we face, with risk of life? Humans. And how do we face them? In a fight of physical combat, to be sure. My weapon of choice is a sword. Humans are dangerous to humans. But physical combat is the least of our worries, today.

12) Political threat is the greatest risk a human faces today. This is absolutely to include attack at law. A corrupt DA works with a corrupt Judge and your hope is gone. The term is Weaponization of Law, and also, Lawfare. Lawfare follows from warfare. This is human predation.

13) The 20th Century's greatest master of these arts was, without doubt, Chairman Mao, and never more so than in his Cultural Revolution. Stalin pulls a close second. Well, and then there's Hitler. There's no placing him on any scale or measure. Hitler was Satan incarnate.

14) But Chairman Mao, great writer and genius strategist that he was, was the greatest practitioner of political force against all opposition. He was the greatest social engineer, creating uncountable millions of citizen warriors against all opposition.

15) So let's be clear. COVID is the China Virus. Masking is the Democrat collusion with Beijing to transform America from within. We either resist, or we surrender. Should we resist, we will have to win. And what are we fighting for? Our most important right of all. Free Speech.

16) It is my practice to employ G-rated language in all my posts. I am about to break that rule. Shut the fuck up. That is what a mask says. Stop using your right of free speech. That is what a mask says. Cover your mouth. Speak only when spoken to. Shut the fuck up.

17) When your mouth is underneath the mask, your words are dampened in their power. And let's talk, again, about facial expression. Did you know that something like 90% of the information we take in is visual?

18) No dictator in history would fail to understand the power of covering up one's citizen's faces. I hate going there, but the same is true about the Muslim Burka. It is completely dehumanizing. No face, no person. The mask laws we face now are of such accord.

19) If you are forced to be masked, against your will, then your voice cannot be heard. This is one of the most insidious-yet-determinative breaches of the 1st Amendment Right of Free Speech. And what's more, unmasked you can be spotted in a crowd, like, easy as pie.

20) You have the right to say what you would, be it false or true. You have the right to lie. You have the right to prophecy. You have the right to accuse, or to indemnify. You have the right to speak, outright. Remember that. You have the right of your own voice and face.
