@Jacob_Rees_Mogg My suspicion is that - as usual - living fossil Jacob Rees-Mogg has reached for the index in his book of quotes, which he uses to make him sound clever & cultured, when in reality he uses quotes as a cover for his provincial ignorance, pomposity, narcissism, & arrogance.
